These two men worked as a team and completed the job in a short time. No problems to date.

It was rescheduled a week later because Best Buy hadn't loaded it in the truck for them. Second time they drove by, we were in luck. They had it with them, and did a great job of removing the existing dishwasher, and installing the new one. They added the special power outlet plug for Bosch dishwashers, and fit everything including the water and discharge well.

We were very pleased with the installation service on our new dishwasher. The service was quick, and the workspace was left clean and neat. The Technician was friendly and fully explained the operation and features of the new dishwasher. We did have a problem with an original schedule being missed because the unit was damaged when they went to pick it up; but a second installation date was set four days later and everything went smoothly and to our complete satisfaction. The plan was for the old dishwasher to be put on our drive to be picked up later but the installer had plenty of room on his truck so he took it with him - another "win" as far as we are concerned. Highly recommend the service.

Have used Best Buy installation services several time and always satisfied. Installers have always been polite, careful and helpful.

The installer and additional delivery person were very courteous and did an excellent installation. He explained everything to my satisfaction. And they cleaned up and removed all packaging.

Had to get an updated dishwasher and fortunately got a quick turnaround. Installations with best buy are normally great. The staff are nice and respectful. This was no difference. However the appliance was not drilled in. This makes the device tilt when I open it and have to hold it up. Its a one off but still SUCKS. Everything else works fine though so that's worth noting.

Old dishwasher was really wedged in. These guys gently got it out and carefully got new one in. Then ran into a snag because of water line in the way so they went in crawl space and cut pipe and lowered it to dishwasher would fit. Can't say enough good about these 2 men!

The 2 delivery men were very courteous and were able to install my dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave all under 1 hour. Plus they removed the old ones and did not scratch my floors or leave a mess for me to clean up. Definitely would recommend this service.

Even though the installers were third party I felt they may have well been with the Geek Squad. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

We had Jorge and Anthony delivery and install a replacement dishwasher. They were early, fully prepared, we had performed the pre-delivery checklist, and also paid for the haul-away. It was all done in under 30 mins. Site was clean, Very happy with their service. Highly recommend the no hassle delivery/install/haul.

We have had this dishwasher for almost a month now and we love it. It is super quiet which we wanted bc our kitchen opens up to our living area. The Best Buy installer was very professional, clean, and did a great job.

The installer for my new Bosch was wonderful. He knew what he was doing, and did it quickly and well. No scratches on floor, no water stains, no muss, no fuss.

This dishwasher is very quiet and the storage space is great. The down fall is even when filled with jet dry the dishes are still wet when the cycle is done.

Got the same guys that installed my microwave the week before. They were going to install the dishwasher too but needed a new valve put in first. They newed that they could not put the new valve in. So they didn't install it until I had it installed. They came and installed the new dishwasher and did an awesome job.

Whirlpool WDT730HAMZ dishwasher was properly installed, is working well and I can't be happier.

We love our Bosch dishwasher. Nic was fantastic on the installation. We would ask for him again when we buy another appliance.
