The installer was on time, called ahead, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very quick on the install, explained what he was doing, how long it was going to take. I really do recommend the service- a great value, much better than trying to do it myself!

Excellent just as described SUPER QUIET! 39 DB is the way to go when searching for a dishwasher!

For the short time we've had it, it is very quite, does a very good job on dishes and silverware. Have not used it on pots and pans, so I cannot comment on that aspect.

Great install. The dishwasher itself is a bit too deep for the space, but the installer was great and made it work.

Bought a new lg dishwasher (same one) from a big box home improvement store, they took over 4 weeks for delivery, I never got it. I called Best Buy, got the same dishwasher for a better price, and had it installed in less than 10 days. And the installers were great! Highly recommend!!

The dishwasher has many features that can be used to customize each load. The adjustible upper rack and fold down tines in both racks lets you load large items easily in either rack. It is extremely quiet when running - no noise to interfere in your conversations, TV watching, etc.

Best Buy offers this installation package which guarantees satisfaction. I had a handyman installed a dishwasher before. It was a nightmare for me. Use Best Buy installation which will give you peace of mind.

These guys were great! There were a lot of obstacles but they knew what to do and got it installed.

The first dishwasher delivered was installed fine, before we noticed an imperfection. A second crew had to remove that dishwasher, and install another one. Both crews that did the installations worked quickly, and seemed competent in what they did.

Scheduling the install appointment was very frustrating because we were told install appointments were only available on the day BEFORE we even had the dishwasher delivered otherwise we'd have to wait a week to get the dishwasher connected. We were eventually able to get a technician out same day as delivery but all the phone calls to get to that point definitely caused a headache. NOTE: The actual technician was on time, professional and was able to install quickly. No complaints there.

The dishwasher installation was done professionally. The installers are very courteous, removed my old dishwasher.

Very professional install. On-time. Very clean. The only minus is that they required replacement of an adaptor and installation of some kind of a valve, which I had not been warned about ahead of time. And charges $130 for this, with no opportunity to shop for a better deal.

Very patient, kind, helpful. Did a great job both installing and a high level overview. I would give the full 5 stars if they had arrived in the time window chosen. They came early and while they did call and leave a message, I wasn't available to answer as I was on a work call. So had to end a meeting early and cancel the next meeting to be free for the earlier arrival.
