We just replaced our GE dishwasher with a Thermador Sapphire model. It is so quiet when it runs that we don't even know its on. I am happy with this purchase and would buy it again. Thermador will replace all of my old appliances I my house because there great!

Installer was very professional. Great job. He also installed my Microwave 2 weeks earlier. Very personable. He deserves a raise.

I purchased a Bosch Dishwasher w/ free installation from Best Buy. I was very happy and surprised to know they send an actual certified plumber to your home. They call you prior to their arrival, so you will have time to prepare. They are prompt and clean when they work. They took pride in their work and did it right. They made a few adjustments to my existing plumbing to be sure it was in accordance with building codes. Also installed a safety outlet in case of presence of water. I was very happy they took the time and installed everything properly. After all that, they show you how to use the dishwasher, too. I'm so glad to have gotten the installation, It would've taken us homeowners all day to do what they did in about an hour and a half. I would hire them for any plumbing job and highly recommend them.

The gentlemen who installed my dishwasher were on time and quickly installed the machine. They took care to protect my floors and I was definetly satisfied with the installation.

The install was done in no time and the person installing was respectful and knowledgeable.

I am very happy we did not have to deal with "3rd party" installers. On two previous purchases we waited 13 hours for the first installer before he appeared around 7:30 pm after waiting since 7 am. One the second we also waited 13 hours and then the installer didn't show up! On this 3rd installation we had a BB installer who appeared in the first hour of the window---not the 13th hour. BB almost lost a long-time customer because of the first two installers who should not be ever employed again by anyone.

The installer was kind, respectful, clean, diligent, and made sure we had his card. Knew how to turn it on to test it, but could not teach us how to actually use it. As soon as he left, we tried to run it without RinseAid and it failed miserably. You can run it without RinseAid if you want damp soapy dishes. And then within one day the bottom panel fell off. Been waiting for the installer to return. Apparently he's really busy. Best Buy, please include a bottle of RinseAid and a technician to teach the new buyer how to use this new computer.

The service men were here on 2/22/2020 from arrival till departure for 45 minutes. That’s a very good amount of time to uninstall and then install the new dishwasher. Wow how good can you get. Very satisfied.

Installer took his time to install and used a level to make sure appliance is plumb. Took time to suggest good maintenance procedures for longevity of dishwasher. Appreciate the extra effort.

I'm sure everyone at Geek Squad installations is great, but we absolutely loved Hao! Quick installation! He communicated when he would arrive and also let us know when he was on his way from the installation he had just completed. Great service!

Very satisfied with install. He was a total gentleman. He explained what he was about to do and reviewed the booklet with me on how to operate. The Do's and Don'ts. Cleaned up area well. Answered all my questions.
