Excellent installation and explanation of features. We were very pleased with the professionalism this was handled. The dishwasher is way much better than the previous one we got replaced.

For years and years I have puchase all my appliciances and computers and phones etc etc from BEST BUY. Most of the time everything was very good. Except the last time 6/9/2023 when they use outside contractors to deliver and install aplliance.... however BEST Buy make better yesterday

The gentlemen from Hawaii Unified Construction who installed my dishwasher were awesome. They were smart, friendly and professional.

Easy install- allowed time to clean up area where old dish washer was installed.

Only complaint is that the prongs to hold plates are short and at an angle. Our plates are thick so we have to load in every other slot. Everything else is great!

The guys who came to install my dishwasher did an excellent job and even did extra work to fit the new one in correctly when it turned out the old one had the flooring cut to make it fit.

I was very pleased with how respectful the installers were of my hardwood floors. Not a scratch! Not an easy space to install, plus a number of stairs to installation site and no complaints within earshot!! They did an excellent job and left the site clean.

This was the best installation ever. There was one small problem, but the installer rushed out to fix the problem, and fit me in early in the day to get the problem solved. I 100% recommend this.

Guys were quick, kept to themselves, cleaned up afterward, took the old dishwasher. Super friendly and nice.

The dishwasher install service was great. I had to reschedule the service as the water valve was not of the right size (3/8 inch). The installation was perfect and they cleaned up after the install.

They called to reschedule my appointment, so that was an inconvenience, but on the rescheduled time and date, the installers kept me informed of when to expect them. They were prompt, professional, and got the job done. They made sure everything was satisfactory before leaving.

My first thoughts about letting someone into the kitchen were not reflected in the service. The Service was Great! Very efficient, Very Professional, Very knowledgeable, and Very quick. They even cleaned up any spills etc as they were leaving.

Dishwasher was delivered plumber installed dishwasher kept me informed what he was doing they both had masks on and cleaned up after no isdues dishwasher is very quiet great job to the company they hired to install

I had the dishwasher installed by a Best Buy staffer and he did a fabulous job! He was meticulous in making sure it was level and really took his time to make sure it was perfect.

Installer showed up ontime looked over situation started working by removing old dishwasher and installing new dishwasher and leveling it in opening started up after all connections were made everything worked properly all said and done in roughly 1 hr.
