The installer was very pleasant, personable, and professional in his time installing the dishwasher...he even took time to explain how the functions worked and patiently waited while we tried it out to be sure everything went well....

The 2 installers who were assigned, were pleasant, interactive and seemed to enjoy their work. I enjoyed talking with them, but they remained attentive, are clearly very accustomed to DW installation. They made it look really easy. Removed the old one, were cautious about cabinetry etc. I was very pleased! I think the whole thing was about 45 minutes.

Great service and great products. The delivery people were very professional and friendly. All of my new appliances are working great so far and the prices were reasonable in comparison. We did a lot of product research and price shopping prior to purchasing.

Driver was late and getting an answer on when delivery occurred was a nightmare... Transferred to one unknowledgeable person after another... Installation was smooth... Took him longer to bring the dishwasher in than it did to set up...

Received a call from Rob that they would be there within 20-30 minutes; time line was met. Rob and his partner (sorry forgot his name) explained the process. Installation was thorough (to include a tutorial)! Customer Service was excellent.

The dishwasher is very quiet. Javier and his helper did a good job installing it.

We had the Geek squad install our new Kitchenaid dishwasher. They were excellent and exceeded our expectations.

The guys came into my house wearing masks, and were quiet, only asking where things were. The only thing I was unprepared for was the need to replace a line that looked good to me. I opted to not replace it because I don't like surprise charges, but in hindsight I probably wouldve replaced it if it weren't a surprise charge. Otherwise the experience was stellar and def. worth the money, even for a DIYer like me.

We were very pleased with the installation of our dishwasher. The installers kept us informed of their arrival, and, once at our house, they were very fast, friendly, and professional. They had the old dishwasher out and the new one in, connected, and tested in little more than 30 minutes. If you need your dishwasher installed, we could not recommend Best Buy’s installation service more highly.

Love the dishwasher but when bestbuy installed it they tighten the hose to tight which cracked the rubber washer. This caused a leak under it for a month before we noticed and smelt the rotting of our wood floors. We started a claim sent pictures and the invoice for the work like they asked us to. The geek squad worker who fixed also noted the issues. It’s been over 6 weeks and the lady who was supposed to be helping us went on some type of leave and no one will return our calls or emails

The crew that installed our new dishwasher was awesome. They made adjustments that needed to be made for the drain hose and installed our dishwasher quick and easy!

Kitchenaid is the way to go if you want a quality built/designed dishwasher that will last. Very happy with the team of KURT & SHAUNNA who did a wonderful job of installing the unit. Kurt made sure everything was level and water hoses were securely affixed. They were polite, personable, knowledgeable and careful not to cause any damage. They were very respectful of our property. It was a pleasure having this 3rd party installer team in our home. Thanks for a job well done. BTW, we love our Kitchenaid dishwasher, too!

My Bosch dishwasher was installed by Best Buy or its contractors when promised and it was done within about 15 minutes. It was done to my satisfaction and everything was explained to me. I am very happy with this installation.

The team that installed my dishwasher were professional and efficient. It took them very little time to complete the installation process.

The people that came to install my dishwasher were very efficient and knowledgeable. I will have everything installed in the future. No worries and done correctly. Well worth the fee.

It was rescheduled a week later because Best Buy hadn't loaded it in the truck for them. Second time they drove by, we were in luck. They had it with them, and did a great job of removing the existing dishwasher, and installing the new one. They added the special power outlet plug for Bosch dishwashers, and fit everything including the water and discharge well.

Delivery guys were polite, quick and seamless with installation. Thank you!

Great job. Installers are on time, careful about delivery, respectful of property, competent and courteous. BEST BUY is always my choice for electronics, appliances, etc.
