Fabazio did a wonderful job along with his helper. Fabazio noticed my slide in range was not done correctly, so he corrected this error. I am very thankful for his knowledge and ability to correct the issue.

The install company has been fantastic. It is Best Buy I am not happy with.

original installation was fine but the brackets that were used broke, so this reinstall was to replace those brackets. The guys were prompt, friendly and quick.

The installers arrived pretty much on time. Didn't harm our new kitchen floor or countertops. Were polite. So far so good on operation.

We purchased a new dishwasher and decided to have it installed since I was going to be out of town on business when it arrived. The Geek was pleasant and polite, determined the best route to the install point and unpacked and carefully installed the unit to avoid dings or scratches. He removed the old unit and hose, then installed the new unit, supply and drain hoses, and rewired the new unit to our electric. Everything was fine until we opened the door to the machine and found it could not open more than a few degrees. There was a screw missing which allowed the kick-plate to block the swing of the door. We called the Geek back in (he was still in the driveway loading the old unit) and he realized the problem, added a screw to the kick-plate, rechecked all screws for tightness, apologized and all was right with the world. It was actually a pretty quick and clean install.

I had a worst delivery and installation experiences. It took three tries to get a successful results. Two washers were damaged on delivery and I had to make multiple reschedules to remove and replace.

I forget the tech's name, but he did a great job, and he was thorough, he made sure the dishwasher was level and working properly. I can't praise enough how great he was, and he took pride in a job well done. Highly recommend having an installer!

So when the installers came, they informed me that Best Buy should have told me that most likely I was gonna need additional work that’s gonna cost additional money because most people do is what they said. Sure enough I needed a different plug because I said my plug wasn’t compliant? As a result, it ended up costing 200 more dollars paid to the installer.

Our installer was great! He was very professional, completed the job quickly, and really knew his stuff. He was friendly and answered all our questions as well.

Our Bosch dishwasher was expertly delivered and installed through a company that Best Buy had contracted out to. The boys were friendly and professional. The install was done in a timely manner and operating procedures were explained to us. A very good experience.

They did a great job installing the dishwasher. They were hear about an hour from the time they started removing the old and finished installing the new.

Install went perfectly. The installers were very detail oriented.

I am very happy with this dishwasher. It runs very quietly and does a great job. Everything (dishes, glassware, silverware, bakeware, etc) comes out clean and dry with no water spots. I only use the normal cycle with heated dry and that works extremely well.

The dishwasher installation was performed by professional men who knew what do to. They made the job appear easy, went about their business in a professional manner, and cleaned up when they were finished. Very pleased.

We needed to replace our old Bosch dishwasher and on the recommendation of our repair man, we went with a Bosch 800 series. It is everything we hoped for and more… Quiet, cleans well, loads efficiently.. We especially like the third rack for silverware and other utensils.

I'm a plumber and the installer did a better job than I do when I have installed dishwashers. He installed a missing top attaching plate to the granite counter top, Used a level on the door to make sure it was square with the cabinets. I'm glad I didn't do it.

We decided to have Best Buy install our dishwasher. I probably could have done it but it would have taken me a lot longer and I'm sure I would have had a few choice words to say about. I know there are people out there that believe they have to intall something to ensure it's done correctly. Sometimes I am that person however in this case it saved me time and gives me piece of mind that I'm not sure I would have had if I did it. The only reason why I didn't rate a 5 is because they had me get a kit for installation and the guy didn't seem to need it or not all of it anyway.

The crew was on time, efficient , and did an excellent job installing my dishwasher.
