Had Best Buy install my new dishwasher 2 years ago. It just stopped working and I found out the installers had no clue what they were doing and almost burned the house down. I would not ever trust Best Buy TotalTech with anything electrical. The wire nuts that were on the neutral and ground wires had melted. The hot wires were just twisted and taped but the tape is all burnt off. Best Buy wants to charge me $125 to just diagnose the problem. The problem is their installation.

This dishwasher runs very quiet. The cycles are a little long, but for the price, it is an excellent value. It has a good consumer rating

The old dishwasher was removed, and the knew one installed before i even had a chance to see what was going on. We have not had an issue with the equipment since it was installed. Great Work, thank you very much.

Buttons are very confusing- hard to see when making a selection. Silverware holder is terrible. It is either very small holes to get the silverware in or you can lift the top and its no holes to and the silverware are together. The performance is good. Its very quite!

The installation went well as far as being careful not to damage anything and making sure there were no leaks. They got 3 stars because they left some of the packing material, the installation manual and the owners manual inside the dishwasher when they tested it - what a soggy mess!!

The installation was great; however, the redeming of the "gift" of $25 dollars that I had applied for never happened. Someone said I had two accounts and it went somewhere else. I have only ever had one charge card. It was disappointing to say the least. Then I got another "gift" for $50 if I would spend over $500, which I have never gotten the $25. What's the point. Very disappointing.

Only one person was sent to install a dishwasher, stove, and standing deep freezer. He was very polite, efficient, and quick. I would recommend him for a raise.

Both dishwasher installers were friendly and technically smart. No issues installing the new dishwasher and removing the old one.

I can only compare the new dishwasher to the 16 year old GE dishwasher it replaced. I am very happy. It is very quiet, handles stemware and does a much better job with silverware.

The installers charged us for some plumbing fixtures they stated were old. This was unexpected. No one came out to take dimensions to ensure the right fit for the dishwasher, although everything worked out ok.
