The installers were great. Best Buy made this harder becuase I was not notified of upgrades I needed to make in my home until the installation contractor called the day before the scheduled delivery and installation. We had to delay the installation until I could have an electrician and a plumber come to make the required changes as per "code".

The install team was quick and well knowledged. They provided exceptional customer service.

Installation by professional, capable, efficient service men

Had to get an updated dishwasher and fortunately got a quick turnaround. Installations with best buy are normally great. The staff are nice and respectful. This was no difference. However the appliance was not drilled in. This makes the device tilt when I open it and have to hold it up. Its a one off but still SUCKS. Everything else works fine though so that's worth noting.

I like the features of the Thermador dishwasher. This is the third one that I have had since December so I hope that I don't have to return this one. Being able to wash four loads of dishes during the Christmas holiday was great.

The installer came on time, explained what he was doing (I asked), worked quickly & neatly, and showed me how to use the machine. The dishwasher's been in place a few weeks now, and everything works fine.

Dan was my sales associate and the technician. Both very professional and courteous. Installation was quick. Installers arrived early which made my day as I was able to get back to work early. Dan was very pleasant to work with and willing to order my dishwasher after explaining the time restraints due to manufacturing being behind due to Covid. I chose to go to Best Buy for all my customers and family members

Finally the reinstall of the dishwasher was done correctly. Could of solved a lot of problems if the first installer knew what he was doing.

First installers messed up the whole thing, but Best Buy got it right bringing back JS Installers!!! They corrected all the mistakes and made everything perfect!! 10+ stars!!!
