So far the replacement dishwasher is working ok. Too bad the original Geek Installation team didn't know what they were doing. The removal and reinstal gentlemen was great. I will always be hesitant to use regular Geek Squad techs.

The first time we scheduled our dishwasher installation, Best Buy’s contractor never arrived and never contacted us as to why they didn’t come. I waited for a call back from Best Buy for almost 30 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn’t get in touch with the contractor, and then, they just rescheduled the installation for the next available appointment with the same contractor. The next appointment wasn’t until was another week later! The contractor did show up for the second appointment and installed the dishwasher. It appears that they installed it properly as it works and doesn’t leak. However, I would recommend paying extra to hire your own reliable plumber to install your Best Buy appliances rather than rely on Best Buy’s installation service.

The dishwasher installed on 4/15/21 is satisfactory. I just have one problem, the detergent dispenser does not open automatically, I changed from powder to liquid but it still doesn't work. I called GE around 7:00 pm yesterday to set up a service call, and someone was suppose to call me back to set up a time for service, but as of 5:00 pm, have heard nothing regarding a service appointment.

Recently bought a Dishwasher with installation. Jonathan from the Bestbuy Geeksquad removed and installed our new dishwasher. Went fast and was kind enough to be explain how to properly use the device.

The Dishwasher is extremely quiet and energy efficient. Controls are user friendly. Dishes, Glasses, and Pots come crystal clean. There are negatives to report.

purchased kitchen aid dishwasher with free install. The scheduling through best buy was easy. The plumber called the evening before with a time window. They called again the day just before arriving. Installation was fast, clean and professional.

I purchased all new appliances and the install was great until it came to the dishwasher . I just recently got my floors done that week and the guy who came to install the dishwasher from Pacific whomever Best Buy contractor is . He told me that the dishwasher look like it would be a tight fit . I told him to let me know later on he states that he chipped my flooring and that he got the dishwasher in but it was not coming out . Good thing the guys that were working in my house was there and I told him about him damaging the floors they just put in. He said he would be able to fix it . So the installer was complete and ready to go but I asked for compensation because my floors were newly installed and had been damage he said he would take care of it just ask my guys who were doing the floors to give him a price . Well like I said the dishwasher was stuck in there for life because he improperly installed it instead of advising me to get another dishwasher or ask my guys if they could take a piece off for him to insert it in. The installer and my guys for my floors we’re back and forth in my home which was unprofessional but they did later apologized . I advice if an installer is unsure to recommend options instead of doing work that would cause issues later down the line . I would have had to pay extra money out of my pocket if I would ever have an issue with my dishwasher in the future .

There were two men that came to deliver and install the dishwasher. They couldn’t have been more professional. They were very careful, moving the old dishwasher out and the new one in. They were very pleasant and explained different things about the dishwasher.

The installation went well as far as being careful not to damage anything and making sure there were no leaks. They got 3 stars because they left some of the packing material, the installation manual and the owners manual inside the dishwasher when they tested it - what a soggy mess!!

Installer was polite and quick. Would absolutely recommend the install services.

Two guys delivered and installed dishwasher. Did a great job, put on booties to protect floor and were quick doing installation. Explained how dishwasher worked and showed all adjustments, filters etc. great job!

1st dishwasher apparently was a "lemon"...waited several days for 2nd one to be delivered and installed...but it seems to be a good dishwasher.
