Our 1990s dishwasher with the old rotary dial control died a few months ago. We purchased a CAFE dishwasher that matched our stove. We received free installation through our Totaltech membership. It took the installers 2 trips. We needed some plumbing and electrical work accomplished by a contractor prior to the final installation. The installer had already done 3 installations that day but he stayed late to get ours up and running 2 days before thanksgiving.

When i ordered the dishwasher they told me to buy an install kit that was never used. Wasted money.

Very quiet when operating. Does a good job on all cleaning cycles. If you are just rinsing be aware that no heat comes on to dry off the water and that the door should be left slightly ajar to let moisture escape.

The guys were fast, clean, knowledgeable and very friendly. They were in and out in a blink of an eye. They went through the machine with me and answered any questions I had. Definitely worth the money.

This all went really well - Brandon at the store suggested a "drop off one day, install the next" - this was the fastest way to install. He also sold me the Total Tech package - a good deal, covers some install/delivery/whatever costs - pleased with this. Robby was one of the installers, he showed me how to use the dishwasher, the options, he really knew what to demo/explain. Good job to him and his co-worker (didn't catch the name) Looking like I got lucky getting the dishwasher and the sales/installation - good job Best Buy!

Geek Squad exceeded our expectation. Super efficient but were careful not to damage walls, carpets, etc. They knew what they needed to do and got it done quickly and took time to explain how to use the dishwasher.

I had to get used to it but now I love it. It's so streamlined and efficient.

The products we received (dishwasher and install) were done on time and very professionally. The only issue we had was repeated robo calls about setting up the delivery after it was already installed. Once that issue was fixed the calls stopped. Unfortunately, we had to take 30 minutes to an hour of our time to fix their inability to close a ticket correctly.

Had a one day delay due to an installer being out sick, but when they did show up the guys were very professional. Did a great job.

The Installer was very professional and business like. He called before arriving and then arrived at the appointment time. Very pleased with the work.

Really quiet but smaller load area then previously owned LG. Controls are easy but there is no outside indicator to show the dishes are clean. No heating coil so dishes are often the next day. It does a nice job of cleaning but the lack of heating coil is frustrating, however, it appears all newer washers are the same. Install was fairly painless. High quality but lack of features is frustrating for nearly $1k.

I am happy with this product. It washes and dries well. It is not very noisy and is easy to use. I like the silver ware holder. Nothing slips down through the bottom and it keeps the silver ware from touching during washing.

Had a service tech install our dishwasher. He did a great job and had a much easier time because of the kit. It's a bit annoying that it's an extra charge since it is necessary. Just factor it into the price and you're fine.
