Great installation, crew was polite, clean, and very knowledgeable. They made time to show me how to use the new dishwasher!

Showed up and first thing they said was they couldn't do the install because my drain vent wasn't up to code and my outlet needed to be GFI. They said they could replace both for $200. I told them if I had know that I would've done it myself for a lot cheaper. Didn't really have a choice so I told them to do it so they could do the install. They forgot to reconnect the sink drain pipe after disconnecting to replace the outlet. Didn't find out until my wife had already put everything back under the sink and was using the sink a couple days later which soaked everything under the sink including the cabinet wood. Drying it out with a fan now. Hopefully we don't get mold.

We opted for the installation. I was very pleased with the customer service and consideration with the installation. An installer arrived within the window provided the day before. They laid protective material to protect the floor from getting dirty or damaged. Our installer was very professional and friendly.

Pretty good service. Installers were not as careful with my floor as I would have liked. Maybe put down your own stick on floor protector if you care about your flooring.

I can only compare the new dishwasher to the 16 year old GE dishwasher it replaced. I am very happy. It is very quiet, handles stemware and does a much better job with silverware.

Turns out I needed a longer water line due to my dishwasher placement. Technicians had the correct length with them and installed for a small fee. Brought in new and took out old with no damage to walls or flooring.

The technician that installed the dishwasher was professional, efficient and friendly. He ensured that the dishwasher worked as expected with no leaks and also cleaned up all packaging after he was finished. Highly recommended!

The installation had to be rescheduled three times however the Geek Squad made it right and so far the dishwasher works well.

The Installer was great. He had the machine in place in no time. Having to make a few adjustments, he had absolutely no problem. Plus the young man was pleasant and explained things without giving the impression I was bothering him.

This was a replacement installation of a defective product. The original install personnel, though a nice person, did not know what he was doing and did not read the manufacturer’s instructions (even when pointed out the installation process was wrong, The replace personnel (two installers) were familiar with the product and it’s installation procedures. I am very happy with the reinstallation and the performance of the Kitchen Aid dishwasher.
