The gentleman that installed my dishwasher was awesome. He checked to make sure it ran and drained and when it didn’t, he found it was something unrelated to the dishwasher itself and tinkered a little bit until it worked! I felt this was above and beyond what he was required to do.

The guy missed something when he installed my brand new dishwasher. It leaked and I have to call the customer service to schedule an appointment so they can send someone to fix the leak. It happened to be the same guy and he fixed it good this time.

My Bosch Dish Washer was installed by a Geek Squad guy. He did a excellent job, and explained what he was doing, and how to operate the washer. I never used Best Buy for a appliance, but will now going forward!

The guys had a terrible time putting my new unit into the space where the old one had been installed. They were so very friendly but I think they are still inexperienced. For whatever reason, I had to have the unit replaced because one of the sprayer bars became loose.

I’ve now had 3 appliances installed in my home from the BestBuy crew. 100% top notch! From ordering to scheduling delivery and install, it was smooth. The installer for my dishwasher double checked every thing, including all hoses to make sure there were no leaks. She did see a spot where a leak was (not because of them) and she tighted it up and fixed it! She was great! Will always recommend BestBuy for everything!

The old dishwasher was removed, and the knew one installed before i even had a chance to see what was going on. We have not had an issue with the equipment since it was installed. Great Work, thank you very much.

First installers messed up the whole thing, but Best Buy got it right bringing back JS Installers!!! They corrected all the mistakes and made everything perfect!! 10+ stars!!!
