The guys had a terrible time putting my new unit into the space where the old one had been installed. They were so very friendly but I think they are still inexperienced. For whatever reason, I had to have the unit replaced because one of the sprayer bars became loose.

Installer did a really, really great job. He worked methodically and neatly. Was very respectful of property and knew what he was doing. He had good product knowledge and answered all my questions. Very professional.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing our dishwasher. No complaints as far as the installation.

Best Buy uses an external contractor for the install and they were great. Very clean install and took the time to explain the new dishwasher. They even gave some helpful tips.

The men were very pleasant, told me everything they were going to need to do, cleaned up after themselves, and even though they were't hauling away the old unit they offered and removed it from the house into the garage for me.

I couldn't wait to get rid of my old dishwasher. Within two days of buying a new Kitchen Aid at Best Buy, they had it installed and hauled off my old one. No problems at all!!

I’ve now had 3 appliances installed in my home from the BestBuy crew. 100% top notch! From ordering to scheduling delivery and install, it was smooth. The installer for my dishwasher double checked every thing, including all hoses to make sure there were no leaks. She did see a spot where a leak was (not because of them) and she tighted it up and fixed it! She was great! Will always recommend BestBuy for everything!

The in staller was very systematic and meticulous. Our counter arrangement is a bit odd and he adjusted seamlessly. There was a lot of attention to detail and care.

Had to call the plumber to get a new water shut-off valve installed under the kitchen sink. Once that was done the install went very smoothly and was completed to our complete satisfaction in a couple of hours. Installer was very knowledgeable and made sure we were happy with the install before he left the residence. Great service.

Always ready for a hiccup during installs. My installed was here on time, communicated on the way and really knew what he was doing. He was also very careful with my new cabinets and cleaned up after himself.

The first time my dishwasher was delivered was supposed to be between noon and 4 pm. They arrived at 7:30 pm and told me the dishwasher wouldn't fit without remodeling the counter. I picked out a smaller dishwasher, and this time they were on time, but charged me an extra $150 to remove the old dishwasher because I had a new floor put in recently. It involve cutting a few things with a tool and took all of five minutes. I would advise removing the old dishwasher yourself, for that price.
