He showed us dufferent models that best suited our needs. Service was great. Delivery was on time and the installer did a great job installing and showing us how yo use the dushwasher. These emlloyees are assets to your company.

Dishwasher kick plate was missing a part

Was missing correct mounting screws for kick plate. Installer did not anchor properly When cleaning floor kick plate fell out onto floor. Service shipped correct party and a few days later a tech came out and installed correct parts.

When the first install crew arrived, they said there was no way it would fit and left. Salesman had to confer with install folks, sent out another crew which was able to do the install without trouble.

I'm glad I didn't try to tackle this myself.
