The tech showed up on time was friendly and courteous and did a good job. He hauled away the old dishwasher, packing material from the new dishwasher and was done in about an hour.

Team was very professional and knowledgeable. Did not take very long to install and made sure everything worked before they left.

Installation crew did a great job installing this dishwasher. Looks a little complex but they made it seem easy. I give them a lot of credit for getting it done quickly and without leaks.

The techs did a great job and although we had a few installation issues and had to reschedule, not related to the techs but plumbing, they got the job done and were very helpful.

Installation was quick and quiet. Installers were on time and notified me of problems in advance, offering options for resolution without pressuring me to go for the higher priced one, which in itself was quite reasonable.

The installer was excellent! Unfortunately, although not his fault, the installer was given the wrong delivery address and did not show up. I waited seven hours trying to contact the store and was only directed to your national call center. They only parroted the correct delivery address and said that he would show up. He did come the following Sunday and did an excellent job. The local store were not very helpful and never did explain the wrong delivery address.

I like the features of the Thermador dishwasher. This is the third one that I have had since December so I hope that I don't have to return this one. Being able to wash four loads of dishes during the Christmas holiday was great.

Installers were prompt and fixed our issue with the brand new dishwasher so that we didn’t have to get a new one. However they were willing to provide a new one if we feel the need.

My geodesic dome house presents challenges to nearly everyone installing something or working on the various parts needing work. This dishwasher installation was no different. Water supply valve was hard to find. A "standard" size dishwasher just squeezed into a "standard" opening in the cabinet lineup that had held two previous "standard"dishwashers. The Geeks stuck with it until finished, and pointed out a dent in the top edge of the stainless steel door, that I probably would not have noticed until after installation was complete. They instructed me to contact Best Buy to work out a solution to the damage. I chose their offer of a new undamaged dishwasher over a 10% reduction in my purchase price. The following week the new dishwasher was in place, and everyone was satisfied.

I am very happy with the men that installed my dishwasher. They were prompt, efficient and pleasant. I was hesitant to have Best Buy install the dishwasher. It was a good choice. They hauled off the old one . It was easy.

Installers knew the process well & the two were well organized & coordinated. They took care not to scratch or damage anything. Dishwasher worked well & looks great!
