Loved Loved Loved my Kitchen Aid installer. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable/helpful.

A Best Buy consultant came out to make sure the dishwasher would fit the space. It was tight, but she assured us the installers could make an adjustment to the top wood support to make it fit. Sure enough, she was right. Installer was very professional, knew what he was doing, and did it at no extra cost.

installers were great. Hot water valve was defective and sprayed very hot water every where. Installers worked through it all and completed the install in record time.

the installation was smooth and the installer answered all my questions.

There was much confusion between Best Buy. Com and the store location. It was not mentioned that I would need a dedicated outlet for the machine and that Best Buy would not hard wire install. I read through all of the paperwork and this info was Nowhere. This delayed my install be 3 weeks. As for the machine itself, works good but the bottom tray slides off the track almost every time it is pulled out. A little annoying!

Wasn't sure if I should get the install for my dishwasher dorm Best Biy but I did and am glad. The guys were great. Very nice and professional. Took their time to make sure it was installed correctly. Would use this service again

It was a breeze.. They removed the old and the spanky clean new dishwasher was in like a flash! The dishes in the sink were patiently waiting to be scrubbed clean!!

The BestBuy sub-contractors who installed the dishawasher did a great job. Very considerate too - took off shoes, wiped up some water drips/dirt etc. Friendly and courteous too !

The guys that installed my Whirlpool dishwasher knew just what they were doing. It didn't take them long at all to take the old one out and install the new one. It was definitely worth paying them to install my dishwasher than trying to do it myself or have my son do it.

When the old dishwasher was removed from under the cabinet, we discovered that the old leaking washer caused considerable damage to the floor. This was something the installers could not/should not fix. I indicated that I would repair the water damage and install the dishwasher myself. They did take the old washer with them. they also indicated that they would come back after the repairs and complete the installation. The way the company handled the awkward situation was friendly and very acceptable. I finished the installation myself after the repairs. The installation was relatively simple due to the good instructions included with the dishwasher.

We're glad we paid to have it installed. The installers were very polite and worked quickly. The new dishwasher was installed better than our previous one. No vibration noises and blends in nicely with the kitchen. I would recommend.

Excellent washer and easy professional installation. We had one installed two years ago by a local appliance company who did not honor their warranty and clearly installed it improperly. It has to me removed and junked. Best Buy is just the opposite...and with total tech no need to worry about your appliance.
