Excellent washer and easy professional installation. We had one installed two years ago by a local appliance company who did not honor their warranty and clearly installed it improperly. It has to me removed and junked. Best Buy is just the opposite...and with total tech no need to worry about your appliance.

The service install group did a great job and they were quick.

It took 2 months to get a dishwasher finally working the guys were so nice and finally figured out the problem and got it working

The installers for my dishwasher were polite and accommodating for my work schedule. They had to do some adjustments and manipulating to fit the dishwasher in the spot of the old one. Did a great job!

the guys that put this in : did a fair job...…. they put it in and told me they where done... I went to look and well... IT WAS STICKING OUT ATLEAST 5INCH FROM COUNTERTOP....SO, I TOLD THEM THIS WAS NOT UP TO MY STANDERS....AND WANTED IT PUT IN AND EVEN WITH COUNTER TOP JUST LIKE THE OLD ONE THEY TOOK OUT...… SO,AFTER 4 HOURS THEY FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT.... I HOPE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Buy was great. When we first bought the dishwasher, we where in the middle of a kitchen remodel. We had to reschedule the install several times. Thank you. The install the smooth and easy. No Issues.

The 2 installers arrived right on time, were very courteous. The removal of the old machine and installation of the new one was very quick and the best part was that they really knew what they were doing. I was very pleased.

These guys were in and out in under an hour. I am very happy with the installation, no mess, cleaned up afterward and hauled away old machine. Great service and would highly recommend using Best Buy to deliver and install.

The installers were courteous and quick. They installed the dishwasher without breaking anything. The dishwasher runs great with no leaks so I assume they installed it correctly. Glad my husband didn't have to do it.

The installers were on time, had all the tools they needed. Completed the removal of the old dishwasher and installation of the new one very quickly. They even took the time to test run it and show some of the features,

Installed a Kitchen Aid stainless dishwasher. The purchase included free delivery and free installation provided I buy an installation kit. When the subcontracted plumber delivered the Dishwasher he wanted $300 to install and stated he needed a building permit for the installation ("that more than half of he cost of the dishwasher"). I decided to do the install myself, everything went well. SAFETY WARNING: The Hot and Neutral wires were both colored grey instead of the standard (black & white) this could result in a hot chassis. I had to use an ohm meter to determine which wire is Hot and which is Neutral.
