Old South Philadelphia home so I'm sure the installers run into all kinds of trouble. Both guys handled themselves like pro's. They were in and out of South Philly and installed the new dishwasher without any problems. Nice job!

I would definitely recommend paying for installation, especially if you don't have any idea how to install. Removed old dishwasher and installed new one in less then an hour. It's been over a month and so far I have no complaints.

Best Buy contracted installation of dishwasher. The company showed up at time scheduled, did a neat, quick and professional installation, packed up the old dishwasher for disposal and left within about an hour. I would use them again.

machine seems to work ok but the mechanics of operation are not explicit enough. Also cost of installation was higher than expected due to outdated electrical hookup for former dishwasher. Also there was a water valve that has to be replaced. Complete operation for dishwater takes much longer than the one that was removed.

The technician called before coming and when he arrived he made the dishwasher work out meaning he spent extra time adjusting the fit and everything has been working perfectly for 6 months. Great service, low cost and great value.
