Nice dishwasher which was installed well. No complaints so far.

I highly recommend having your dishwasher installed by professionals. It's important that your dishwasher is installed properly and to make sure that they do an thorough inspection before and after the installation.

Excellent job. Tech arrived right on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, neat and VERY careful.

Unbelievably quiet, large interior that was well thought out and fits most items. The racks move with ease. Also looked at a Bosch and thought that the Kitchenaide had a better interior. Very happy we purchased this one.

Nice install. I was a little disappointed in the modifications they needed to make to my cabinetry to fit the dishwasher but it wasn’t their fault.. it’s a very old home. We just need to trim it out now and it will be fine. I noticed the door hinge catches on the cabinet when you close it from a wide open position. Hopefully we can modify the cabinet a little bit more to make room.

Unit is very quiet, cleans great with heated cycle. Very tightly sealed so no leaks. Takes just over 4 hrs for full cycle with sanitized heated drying, so a bit slow but worth it for regular in home use.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher. From delivery to setup, Best Buy services are outstanding. The installers were so polite and informative. Really great guys.

So when the installers came, they informed me that Best Buy should have told me that most likely I was gonna need additional work that’s gonna cost additional money because most people do is what they said. Sure enough I needed a different plug because I said my plug wasn’t compliant? As a result, it ended up costing 200 more dollars paid to the installer.

Re-evaluate your third party installers. Best Buy installer for Bosch 300 series would not install the dishwasher stating that the drain hose was too long and that the drain pump was so powerful that it would blow the hose connections apart. This is total nonsense but I did remove 1 of 3 hoses and reinstalled per BB installer instructions. I was instructed to reverse one of the hoses which had a one-way valve hidden in an opaque elbow. So, from that point forward, the dishwasher failed to drain, error code 24. I was able to blow through the hose, unfortunately from the wrong end, so I didn’t suspect the hose which worked fine on a previous dishwasher. I called a warranty repairman from Mr. Appliance, per Bosch approved list, who failed to realize that a one way valve was installed backwards and diagnosed a pump failure. At that point I requested a return of the unit to Best Buy within the 2 week trial period. Best Buy had no available units so I ordered a new Bosch 500 series from Home Depot. I installed the unit which immediately registered a E24 pump drain failure. I called a 3rd repairman from Siano Corporation who correctly diagnosed the problem. I replaced the hose and the 500 series unit is working great. The 300 series unit was returned on 12/10/2021. We weren’t refunded our money from Best Buy until January 12, 2022. The return paperwork was misplaced. I suspect the third party installer who picked the unit up did not file the paperwork. The original installer never filed the unit delivery paperwork. The refund mess was resolved by Sarah, a member of the Huntsville, Best Buy Geek Squad. Kudos to Sarah. She was the only person that dogged the issue to a successful conclusion. The managers did not perform. Promote Sarah. Bosch products are great. Your installer and some Bosch Service repair organizations not so great.

The guy was nice. And prompt. I didn't expect several phone calls to reconfirm though. But he did do a good job

Although at the last minute of my installation window, the installation went smoothly. Both men were professional, worked around small problem, I felt confident in their ability, Highly recommend them.

The GG Tech Squad installed the new Bosch dishwasher and hauled away the old one with no fuss, delay, or problems. Machine worked properly right from the get-go.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP UNDER THE OLD DISHWASHER & MADE SURE NO WATER WAS LEFT ON THE FLOOR FROM TAKING THE OLD ONE AWAY. THEY RAN THRU A CYCLE TO MAKE SURE THE NEW ONE WAS WORKING PROPERLY.

My installers did a great drop. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. Very impressed
