Wasn't sure if he had trouble due to being new or if it was something else. they were both friendly but it made me a bit concerned while installing the dishwasher. I'd still recommend as the 2nd tech was able to install it and it works fine.

I could have picked any one in the store and I like Kitchen Aide products. It is very quiet and gets the dishes clean! Will definitely recommend this model and brand
