Re-evaluate your third party installers. Best Buy installer for Bosch 300 series would not install the dishwasher stating that the drain hose was too long and that the drain pump was so powerful that it would blow the hose connections apart. This is total nonsense but I did remove 1 of 3 hoses and reinstalled per BB installer instructions. I was instructed to reverse one of the hoses which had a one-way valve hidden in an opaque elbow. So, from that point forward, the dishwasher failed to drain, error code 24. I was able to blow through the hose, unfortunately from the wrong end, so I didn’t suspect the hose which worked fine on a previous dishwasher. I called a warranty repairman from Mr. Appliance, per Bosch approved list, who failed to realize that a one way valve was installed backwards and diagnosed a pump failure. At that point I requested a return of the unit to Best Buy within the 2 week trial period. Best Buy had no available units so I ordered a new Bosch 500 series from Home Depot. I installed the unit which immediately registered a E24 pump drain failure. I called a 3rd repairman from Siano Corporation who correctly diagnosed the problem. I replaced the hose and the 500 series unit is working great. The 300 series unit was returned on 12/10/2021. We weren’t refunded our money from Best Buy until January 12, 2022. The return paperwork was misplaced. I suspect the third party installer who picked the unit up did not file the paperwork. The original installer never filed the unit delivery paperwork. The refund mess was resolved by Sarah, a member of the Huntsville, Best Buy Geek Squad. Kudos to Sarah. She was the only person that dogged the issue to a successful conclusion. The managers did not perform. Promote Sarah. Bosch products are great. Your installer and some Bosch Service repair organizations not so great.

The installation was quick and no issues. The folks who came were knowledgeable and very effective in getting it done with no problems.

The installer did an awesome job with our Bosch 800 series dishwasher. Staff was very courteous and professional. I would gladly have them install future applicances I purchase from Best Buy!

My appointment was 12-4pm. The installers called me three times to let me know they were running late due to two tough installs. They arrived at 530 and were finished an hour later. Very good work and very polite.

very quiet, cleans dishes perfectly. Well worth the price. Best Buy installation team was quick and clean. What more can you want from a dishwasher!

The first installer was a cheat. He wanted extra money for an additional work that he claimed was required. He said he had to cut some pipes etc and it was a bold face lie . The first company lied about completing the work, never added any notes and got paid for full installation. The woman at the escalation desk was very rude and sided with the installation company The store manager took it upon himself to look into my issue and other another install Guess what - the second installer informed me that it was just a basic installed that last 10 mins Did this thing, cleaned up after himself and made sure it was working. Unlike the first installer, this was an honest dude

Our installer took special care with our new dishwasher and was very professional. He instructed me on the use of the dishwsher and had some helpful hints to pass on.

I got standard dishwasher installation when I purchased a new dishwasher through Best Buy. The Best Buy rep called and told me that standard hookup was included, but there could be an additional charge related to installation of a part for water hammer mitigation which could be $100. This part could be required to bring plumbing up to code. I give Best Buy credit for notifying me of this potential charge in advance, and I was ok paying an additional $100 if needed. When the installers came to my house, they indicated that I would indeed require the water hammer arrestor, and the charge would be $150, more than Best Buy quoted. This payment was required to get the installer to actually install the dishwasher. After seeing what the installation of this ~$15 part entailed, I realized the $150 was an absurdly high charge. It maybe took the installer an extra 10 minutes to install the water hammer arrestor. I was quite disappointed that the installer charged $150 for this part, which was more than the $100 quoted by the Best Buy representative. The installation appears to have been done properly, and we have had no issues with operation of the dishwasher.

I'm happy with the installation, it went smoothly and I love all my new appliances.

Machine is great but first install was not thoroughly tested and consequently first time using it leaked badly. All is right now

Installer was very careful and detailed with his work. Made sure that everything was installed correctly. Didn't damage the new dishwasher, our floors, furniture or door, he was very careful! Very happy with the service!

The first attempt at installation was a failure. The delivery persons couldn't wait to leave after telling me the water valves were "frozen" and had to be replaced. I was told to engage either a plumber or a handyman (which I did) before the installation could be completed. Also, I needed to have a new electric outlet added. When the handyman arrived a few days later, he easily turned on the water valves, by hand. The next installation was perfect and went very smoothly, but it was two week later!. During the interval my wife had to wash dishes by hand.

i paid for them to haul away the old item and they didn't. I tried the online support and was hung up on 3 times. they would ask a question like could they have the order number and when I would enter it they would hang up. don't waste your money having them haul away old items

Installer went above and beyond when the appliance barely fit into the space (countertop was crooked). Mark is the best installer ever.
