Outstanding and efficient. Very knowledgeable installers when asked questions.

No more rinsing the dishes first even if you don't start the load for a couple of days. Just load, wait for it to be full and start. The dishes are clean and dry. Not only that, you can't even hear it running. I LOVE it!

Great job installing. However, he did not have the usual packet containing the User Manual, Warranty info, etc. When I asked for it, he ran out to the truck and said he didn’t have it? I have downloaded the manual from the GE website but he should have had it. Wrote to the Best Buy salesperson but no response.

The is an excellent dishwasher for our new kitchen. It is has a quite mode for night and alerts me when it is complete. The dishwasher takes less water and energy to run which is always nice.

The tech had a bit of trouble so another one showed up. Wasn't sure if he had trouble due to being new or if it was something else. they were both friendly but it made me a bit concerned while installing the dishwasher. I'd still recommend as the 2nd tech was able to install it and it works fine.

The disposal of our old dishwasher and installation of the new dishwasher could not have been better! Great, knowledgeable service techs!

The installer sent for my dishwasher was very knowledgeable in his trade. He was very efficient and tidy. There were absolutely no problems. I was give a courtesy call when he was on the way as well.

I was super impressed with the installation service. The tech that installed my machine was very kind and did a great job of cleaning up after himself. He had nice manners and represented his company well.

First, let me start by saying that I am a project manager and run service calls for a living. I was very happy with the installation service I was provided. The driver had excellent communication prior to delivery. I was forced to pick between two installation time windows when I scheduled and neither option was great. The technician was able to be flexible and arrived before my schedule window at a time which was better for me. He performed installation quickly and did a great job. He cleaned up the work area and left it cleaner than when he arrived. He then stayed and told me every feature about the dishwasher and showed me how to get the most out of it. He was very knowledge. Great experience.

Had a problem with closing and hope the second install will take care of the problem. Whoops, had another day of not closing. Had to call the installer again and waiting.
