Quick install. Took less than 20 minutes. Friendly and knowledgable

Our installer was prompt, professional, and engaging. He answered all our questions with a thoughtful, accurate response. The area under the sink is crowded with a cannister and flexible pipes for an RO unit and filtering system which makes for a tight space in which to install the drain pipe and connect to existing plumbing. These conditions didn't hinder his work or the time it took to install. After the install was done he ran the machine through a test wash and showed us how to set up a wash cycle and modify the racks to allow for more space.

Best Buy uses great 3rd party installations and every time they are professional, courteous and clean up. We purchased Total Tech which is a great customer service to have! Oh and this dishwasher is the perfect less expensive choice.

The dishwasher was originally installed about 11 months earlier but since then the whole unit seemed to shift side to side in an unequal manner. The Total Tech person who came was very friendly, professional and immediately diagnosed the issue, i.e. a support bracket had not been attached to the inside of the adjoining cabinet. He reinstalled the unit after adding another bracket and the unit is working fine.

Installation was quick and efficient. They were here less than 30 minutes to remove old dishwasher and install new one and test.

Wrong dishwasher was delivered Had my name on it but wrong model number. Installers had taken out old dishwasher so went ahead and installed it and said correct one would be installed ASAP Second installer came with correct dishwasher and saw that first dishwasher hose had been installed so that you could not operate turn table cabinet next to it!! He and his son spent a lot of time making sure it was done properly! Great installers!!!

They were fast efficient and very clean they were incredible

Unit is very quiet, cleans great with heated cycle. Very tightly sealed so no leaks. Takes just over 4 hrs for full cycle with sanitized heated drying, so a bit slow but worth it for regular in home use.

Excellent workmanship, the guy's did a Marvelous job in the installation.

Simple and straightforward scheduling and install process. They showed up on time, cleaned up and everything worked. No complaints here.

I had 2 different experiences with these installers. The second experience was really, really good. I had a non-standard issue and needed help from the owner of the installation company. Once I finally reached him, he understood exactly what needed to be done and he made sure his guys were prepared. The guys knew just what to do. There was one other issue and the owner took care of it very professionally. (My other experience with the installers wasn't as good, but was "fine.")

I highly recommend having your dishwasher installed by professionals. It's important that your dishwasher is installed properly and to make sure that they do an thorough inspection before and after the installation.

This is my fourth dishwasher and I must say the smoothest installation. The plumber was knowledgeable recognized a problem and applied an immediate fix. He was in and out of here in no time.

I give Andrade an 11 out of 10 stars!! It was not the easiest installation (but not his fault). With old plumbing and little space to work in, we still didn't hear a single complaint from Andrade. He was a great mix of professionalism, knowledge and pleasantness...he even took the time to give me a demo --and made sure I understood--before leaving. I tried out the dishwasher that evening and it was perfect. The quality of an installer can make or break the entire buying experience. We hope we can request Andrade when we purchase our next large appliance from Best Buy!
