The installation went remarkably smoothly, you're always concerned about the type of arrangement.l since you can't be the one to choose the company.

The lead installer did his job fine. Also, if you don't mind chatty servicemen, then Nid is the guy for you.

The delivery crew were very professional. They were careful not to scratch my wood floors and they didn't get a drop of water on the floor when they removed my old dishwasher. Installation went smoothly.

He did a great job and even took the plastic film off of the fridge that the other installer brought 3 weeks before. We didn’t even know it was still covering the doors.

I received an email a few days prior narrowing my window from 12-8, to 1-3. A few minutes after 1:00, I received a call from the installer, stating they were finishing a job nearby, and could be there in 5-10 minutes if that was okay. I told them it was and they showed up in about 5 minutes. Super friendly guys (Adam, and I didn’t get the other guy’s name, unfortunately) and they were very professional to. Answered all the questions my wife had and were very thorough. Great experience overall.

Installation when like a flash with no issues...even did a demo on the dishwasher operation. Couldn't expect anything more.

This service was utilized for the delivery and installation of a new dishwasher as a replacement of an existing dishwasher. Two technicians performed the service. The technicians were polite, respectful, clean and timely. Additional services were required (functional plumbing service valve installation) to meet code requirements and the technicians were very good at explaining the need and proposed the services as required for the completion of the dishwasher installation. I was very satisfied that I did not need to acquire an additional contractor to complete the service installation. The additional costs were slightly higher than what the industry standard would be but the costs are accounted for in the convenience and immediate availability.
