The gentlemen who installed all four of my appliances were extremely friendly and very professional. They were also exceptionally neat - they even CARRIED my appliances out and did not drag anything across my floors! They even carried my REFRIGERATOR!!!! Gentlemen!!!!! Love the dishwasher, but it does make a vibrating sound during the beginning and a couple other times during the cycle. I'm thinking it's a Samsung issue.....

I will always pay for the installation of a new product, especially when it involves any plumbing or electrical work. Installer was very knowledgeable and took about 30-45 min. to get everything up and running.

The installer for my new Bosch 800 series dishwasher was Best Buy’s contractor Frank Stacy of New Century in Vinton VA. He and his assistant Shannon did an outstanding job. They worked efficiently, communicated well, Frank took a couple photos of his installation work to document key efforts , and they were done in less than 45 minutes. Frank gave me a brief tutorial on the new dishwasher, then they were back on the road. I appreciated that they did focused, tidy work and did not scar my aged hardwood floors with swapping out the old dishwasher for the new.

The two individuals that showed up (ON TIME) did a very professional job in installing the product. They were a lot more qualified than the service personnel that Sears uses to address problems.

We have really struggled with our delivery and installation of all of the appliances that we purchased - in excess of $8000. While I feel that Best Buy is doing a great job handling the COVID challenges, the local store handling of the service appointments has made things more difficult. It took 3 attempts to get someone here to complete the job Jared has been excellent ! He is very professional and knowledgeable and also takes the time to talk you through questions. I love my new kitchen, and Jared has made it worth the 10 weeks wait. Highly commended and recommended

We had our dishwasher installed and it was crazy crooked the first time and insulation materials were hanging out. Best Buy was helpful and scheduled a follow up. The second time is better, but it's still not in straight. This is possibly due to an issue with an electrical box on the wall. Both times the teams were courteous and on time.
