Third installation of a dishwasher at this home with Best Buy Geek Squad. This was the best of all 3 by far.

Dishwasher is unbelievably quiet. You hardly know it is running and the dishes come out sparkling clean. Adjustable racks make stacking so much easier and allows for a variety of dishware and pots and pans

Installer was polite and professional. He took care to protect doors and floors. He worked efficiently to complete installation quickly.

Installation for the dishwasher was smooth and fast. Techs answered questions, went through operation and took care of everything. We paid to have the old hauled away as well.

The installers were very professional and took time to make sure it was leveled. They took out the dishwasher at least 2 times because either it wanted leveled or the wooden block wasn't leveled.

This was one of four appliances being installed and they did so quickly and very well. They instructed me on how to use it, took away the old one, and left my kitchen clean.

Dishwasher was in a difficult position for the installers. They were persistent and did an excellent job. They also took time to explain the operation and answer questions. Very courteous.

Very nice dishwasher! Quiet as a mouse, and cleans dishes wonderfully. Still getting used to how the dishes fit in it.

Although I was given an (annoying) 6 hour window for when they would show up, I do understand the need for that window. Additionally, they did give us a call about 15 minutes before showing up which was appreciated. The guys were in, quickly removed my old dishwasher, and had the new one installed in less than 30 minutes. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. Very pleased with the installation service!

The guys were quick and efficient. Only thing is it would have been better if they had worn masks. Also, they didn't check to see if the pull out drawer next to it could pull out still, since it is the exact same model as before, it should have been able to but can't open now. Very grateful they were able to get the work done.

Dishwasher installation went really smoothly. Only one issue was when they (3rd party) were installing it, they informed me there was an additional $150 charge to bring my plumbing valve up to code. Live in MN. Any valves that were placed prior to 2017 have to be up to code and unfortunately ours wasn't. Didn't appreciate the unexpected expense. I bought online, and didn't see anything specific pertaining to it.

Easy to schedule and quick installation of my new dishwasher.

The technician that installed my new Bosch dishwasher did a great job. I just wish that the logistics at BestBuy was as efficient. I had to call over and over because the first dishwasher was delivered damaged. That began a 2 week quest to get the thing replaced. BestBuy needs to get their act together regarding customer care.
