Could not have gone better. No hassles. No complications. They came in, wore masks, installed and left. It all went off without a hitch.

Installation was made easy as homeowner removed the existing 20 year old whirlpool dishwasher and it’s copper water line that was sweat to the old shut off valve and had a new quarter turn valve installed before the new whirlpool built-in dishwasher arrived for installation. It also was beneficial to talk with the Best Buy Geek Squad on how to run the dishwasher based on complaints of wet dishes and wet tub. They advised me that my dishwasher is recommended that a rinse aid be used every time a load is run. Boy oh boy were they right!

The tech arrived on time and effiently completed the install. He cleaned up, removing all trash...and took the older product away.

Installers were careful not to nick surrounding cabinets and were very professional wearing booties & masks and it didn't take long for the install.

The men who installed our new dishwasher were great. The job was professionally done and the entire process from haul-away of the old to instillation of the new was flawless. The only hiccup was the Best Buy had set a time of between 10-12 and they didn’t make it in that window, but later in the afternoon. Not a big deal for me. I appreciated their professionalism and friendliness.

The second machine was exactly what I had wanted. It was perfectly installed after uninstalling the first one. Done smoothly and efficiently.

Ron, who installed our dishwasher was very thorough and even went above and beyond by addressing an earlier gas range installation that I was complaining about because he confirmed a gas leak we had. Excellent service!
