The installer was on time and did a great job installing and explaining how to use the dishwasher. Much better than installing myself!

The installation of the dishwasher was quick and professional. However, the unit will not drain after our first use so service is necessary.

The dishwasher is so quiet, I did not know that it was running when the installer was pointing out features - and I was standing right next to it. Oh it seems to clean dishes very well as well.

The central scheduling system is flawed but, the service reps seem to be trying their best to make it work. I purchased the dishwasher on July 19, but due to the design of my under sink plumbing, the initial installation was aborted. Since I am the original homeowner and our original dishwasher installation and operation was painless, I had no idea (and neither did the salesman) the valve set-up was a problem. I had a plumber do the needed modification ($$$) the next day. Rescheduling the installation became a problem, despite me being totally available on any day. That said, the customer service representatives were helpful and professional. August 17th is now the scheduled date of installation. Sometimes stuff happens. Pro-tip: take a pic of your present under sink plumbing arrangement. Then take that pic with you when you discuss installation of a new dishwasher.

The installer came ahead of schedule and did a great job installing the new dishwasher. He cleaned up the area after he was done.

Very professional and courteous. They even took the time to fix the floor underneath where the dishwasher sat. They also rerouted our water line so the dishwasher would fit closer to the wall. Such a different from the Lowe’s installers, who just dropped off our range leaving everything inside the stove and took off even though we paid for install service.

Love the new dishwasher but they were unable to install it due to needing new drain pipes. Once that is done it will be a go on the instillation. Best Buy called twice to check on delivery and install, but they got confused on the second call because they were asking about a washer dryer hookup, which I did not purchase and got me confused. All in all, good customer service.

The gentleman that came to install my dishwasher was great. He is very experienced and pleasant. If I ever need any installation, I would definitely use them again without hesitation.
