This group was amazing! My dishwasher installation was a huge challenge, and they all preserved!!

We first ordered from the orange big-box store. The wait for delivery and installation was longer than BB, but we previously had a good experience. They delivered a dented dishwasher to our garage in the dark, took the power cord that came with the unit, and told us that the store sent the wrong power cord so they couldn't install it. We had them pick it up for return and ordered from BB. We had communicative, pleasant, professional installers who were careful, asked us our preferences, and showed us how to work the machine. Couldn't have been better!

Works great and tech explained how to use it. Very happy with the purchase.

The BestBuy sub-contractors who installed the dishawasher did a great job. Very considerate too - took off shoes, wiped up some water drips/dirt etc. Friendly and courteous too !

Doc was great! He really knew what he was doing and was pleasant to deal with. He completed the installation, tested it to make sure it worked perfectly and cleaned up. Excellent.

The installation was absolutely the best I have had in a long time. She was very professional and helpful. Gave me pointers on how the dishwasher worked. Would recommend highly.

Great dishwasher for price. Cleans dishes very well, even all stuck on food is cleaned. Although you can hear it when it’s running it’s not very loud at all. love that it has a little light on outside of door that shows red when it’s washing and white when washing is done.

We actually canceled the installation. We wanted to get the dishwasher installed before Thanksgiving. Best Buy's contractor had hired some new people and were going to be a few weeks out. No fault of theirs. We just needed to get it done a little sooner. We have had good experiences in the past and would still consider them for other installations.

Love the stainless steel! Easy to keep clean and shiny inside and the outside buffs up with no effort. Easy to fill and program, runs sooooo very quiet!!!! I forget it's on.

Very professional and courteous. They even took the time to fix the floor underneath where the dishwasher sat. They also rerouted our water line so the dishwasher would fit closer to the wall. Such a different from the Lowe’s installers, who just dropped off our range leaving everything inside the stove and took off even though we paid for install service.
