The two guys that came to install my new dishwasher were extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and just nice guys. I will definitely recommend them to do future installs.

Installation went basically ok. Would have been a 5 star but a twist tie was not removed so my first two washes had a very minor issue. Also the installers , installed. But ask them about functionality and they make sure it turns on and does not leak. Which is good

Our installer was very skilled and professional. Despite getting 2 leaking dishwashers before getting a third in every case the issue was with the machine and not the installer. Derek made it a point to follow up each install to make things were working correctly. Our biggest complaint is the time delay to get on the installation schedule. We were told a replacement would be installed within 2-3 days and in every case it was closer to 2 or even 3 weeks. Best Buy needs more installers and/or be more upfront about the time to get installation completed. I would recommend this installer but I would be leary about going thru Best Buy without a firm schedule in hand.

we replaces a 23 year old dishwasher with the Samsung Storm. It seems to wash well, i love having 3 racks with the middle one adjustable it makes the dishwasher very versatile for large items. I don't like that it opens the door to release steam and dry the dishes. But all the things that make this a good dishwasher I will live with the door opening.

Nacho went above and BEYOND for us. We had a slight issue with our countertop where the dishwasher was supposed to go - any other installer would of told us SOL and left. Not this guy, nacho is truly one of the kindest people we've ever worked it. 10/10 recommend- give this guy a raise!!!!

They installed the dishwasher in less then 20 minutes they also tighten the connection to my garbage disposal which wasnt part of the installation . Very polite and clean

Life changing product for me! Slight issue with delicery/install, though. I didn’t get contacted at all to confirm the schedule I set online and when I called them, I was told that it had to be the-scheduled to a later date because the dishwasher was discovered to be defective or damaged.

Excellent installer. He was knowledgeable.efficient and friendly. When the dishwasher wouldn’t drain, he told us who to call.

Delivery technician communicated very well regarding estimated delivery time. He was very efficient, getting job done quickly and installation went well. Only drawback was tracking of dirt from back path into the house, and up stairs, despite carpet at door. I'd recommend that technicians carry shoe covers to put on in conditions that might track dirt into the home.

Install was perfect. Only complaint was the need to pay the installer extra to install a 110v plug, but that is what it is. They did a great job and worked with me on scheduling
