The install was great! He did a fast and clean job! Much better than what I could do.

The dishwasher was installed in approximately 20 minutes. The installers did not leave until the quick cycle ran for a few minutes and ensured everything was working.

After the disaster that was my refrigerator delivery/install this was an extremely welcome change. The installer was on time, really knew what he was doing and very friendly. The install was quick (can't remember exactly, but around 30min) and we chatted the whole time. He walked my wife and I through the operation and maintenance of the dishwasher and gave me some tips for the future if we ever have to replace it again. I would hope Best Buy employs more installers like this guy!

Our technician was great and took care of our space by using a moving blanket on the wood floor and cleaning up after himself. The only delay was that we were last install and dishwasher was in the -35 weather all day, so had to let it sit over night before testing it.

These guys are fantastic and highly skilled and extremely a pleasure having them in my home

The installers kept me in the loop about delivery and installation time. They knew exactly what they were doing and worked fast. Very friendly guys too.

Can hardly hear the dishwasher running. The only real noise we hear is coming from the drain, not much we can do about that. The dishwasher is awesome tho and we love the 3rd drawer and blue light.

The free installation (not offered by competitors) was great. On time, very polite, knowledgeable, and quick. Installer showed all features and operation before leaving. DO IT!

Very pleased with Geek Squad installation of KitchenAid dishwasher. My second KA with third rack. This model has much improved third rack . . . holds two rows of small glasses on left side and large utensils (flat) on opposite side. Much better design of third rack space.

Installed. We had an issue with the 1st time they came out. We were told they would fo the whole install without any problems. They were not able to do the necessary plumbing to install the dishwasher. We had to do the plumbing our selves. Then on the 2nd visit they installed the dishwasher. The issue was the bad information from best buy team member. I would still recommend the install but dont expect them to do it all.

The guy that installed the washer were very helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. They took care not to get the house dirty not to scratch the new wooden floors.

Installation company installed the washer in great time. Much easier to get the installation completed by a contractor than doing it yourself. Great in case any install issues come up.

The guy who came by (the first time) was very friendly, but we ended up having to reschedule him to come back because he thought a piece of cabinetry trim needed to be sawed off, but it was just held in with screws. We discovered this right after he left but we couldn't get another appointment for a week. That said, the whole experience was still much better than trying to install it ourselves.

Outstanding technician service, very professional. Dishwasher works great but i think is too soon to give any review about it, for now i love it

The installer from Best Buy did a great job setting up our dishwasher. He was neat and showed us all the functions to operate it properly. Great job!
