The two gentlemen that came and installed my dishwasher were quick, efficient, and thorough. Answered all questions and I had and there in the time window I was given.

when washer was first installed the person doing the install didn't fit it completely proper but the 2nd tech that came out did a great job of fixing the it.

Great service. Bestbuy was able to install my dishwasher within 30 minutes or less. It would have taken me a few hours! Very polite and even showed me how to operate the unit!

Once again I had to complete the installation of the dishwasher. The dishwasher waste water pipe which comes connected to the dishwasher was to short, so I had to go and buy piping to complete the installation. Best Buy calls this installation of a dishwasher. I call it half a job done.

Very friendly and punctual installation people.They can't deal with the part that's attached to the sink,the dishwasher airgap,because it's part of the sink.The guy that sold me the dishwasher told me he thought they should have had those in the service van so they could take out the old one and install a new one,but he was incorrect.I think it's leak-free right now,but if not,Best Buy will hear from me again.

This machine is the quietest running dishwasher I've ever owned. It runs as if it has a muffler.

Installation went well. Usually I hold off interviews to make sure no issues arise a few days later. They did a good job came in and out in under 40 mins.

The technicians installed the dishwasher without issue. My standard is that the dishwasher worked and there was no water leakage.

Very professional. Took extra time to fit the unit properly. Didn’t take shortcuts when they Had to retrofit the bottom trim plate since floor wasn’t level.

Super quiet and cleans well. Fortunately this washer shows that is on, because you can't hear it. We have found it cleans twice as well, even unwashed dishes, that our previous washer.
