We purchased this dishwasher to replace our old one and it is amazing. Short of taking the dishes from us when we are done eating this dishwasher does it all and the sleek design is perfect!

Called the day before. The day of to reduce the time, and when on the way. Very polite and professional. Went straight to work and was done in no time. Very pleased!

It was a hassel trying to have subcontrator install. My son ended up doing install and got it and also got it to drain. It works wonderful so far and very quiet as well.

They took out the old dishwasher and installed the new one using new parts and tested it for leaks then explained the operation and warranty.

Best buy people came on time and installed the dishwasher in about 20 minutes. They do give you a big window for delivery and install. I believe its feom 7am to 7pm. But they do call or text you on the day of delivery with exact time. Overall the process went smooth. They installed my dishwasher, ran a test cycle and left with my old dishwasher machine

The installers were on time and nice. The issue I had is the fact that my old dishwasher for some reason had the water line feed from the basement with a 1/2 inch shut off valve that was then by joined to a 1/4 inch line. They said they can’t work on this set up . I have never had an install from Best Buy come and not have an issue. Plastic water line for the fridge has to be changed before they can work on it another issue with the gas dryer as well. Anyway, after being told I have to set up a new install after getting the water line fixed, one of the installers found a water shut off under the sink not being used so that problem solved. They installed and tested it and left. I then noticed water under the sink and found the p trap nut was tightened down so hard it cracked. I had to then replace the p trap. Installation is supposed to be convenient not create work. This is why I gave 3 stars.

Installer can in remove old dishwasher, then installed a new shut off valve. Hooked up new dishwasher. Was professional and kept me informed the whole time. Job well done with no leaks
