Received a call after second, installer corrected the problem but the water inlet was not installed incorrectly by first installer so had water damage in basment ceiling tile. Did inform survey person who called abd asked if the dishwasher was installed. she typed in the fdetails but I never recieved an email or call of appology. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Installers scratched my wood floor and dented my refrigerator in the process of installing my dishwasher. Best Buy is taking care of it but unfortunate that this happened in the first place

Installed, the shut off box incorrectly, which cased the dishwasher to not fit. Broke the countertop trying to shove it in. Scratched the floor. Didn’t protect the floor coming in. Didn’t clean up after they left. Left parts, packaging.

SAFETY ELECTRICAL ISSUE!!! Poorly Installed leaving EXPOSED WIRE with NO WIRE NUTS OR CONNECTORS poorly and loosely wrapped with electrical tape! Ugh, had to pay TWICE for installation. Can't use product.

The Installer installed a new drain connection in the drain line from my kitchen sink for the dishwasher. He failed to cap the old opening. This caused water leakage everytime anything was poured down the kitchen sink. Replaced all of the drain lines to repair. Total mess.

Never was installed yet said it was. I have pictures where he couldn't install it. Told me I need to redo my pipes under the sink

The dumishwasher works fine, but after installation I noticed that my cabinet was damaged. The tech drilled through the wood on the other side. This needs to be rectified

My new dishwasher was broken, they sent someone to fix it and water started pouring all over the place. Water went to the lower level and missed the bathroom wall

They had to come 4 times to my apartment since they install it incorrectly. All 4 times they called 15 min earlier saying they were arriving.

Terrible install. They drilled the hole with a paddle bit and damaged the side of the cabinet. They were just trying to “shove” everything in and leave. Not gentle and took no pride in being professional installers.

They’ll damage your items and then refuse to fix it. They’ll leave you with unusable items.

Installing my dishwasher they screwed right threw my cabinets damaging my kitchen and 2 weeks later no word on how to make it right even though I have made several attempts to talk to a manager

All seemed well, until I discovered a screw through the cabinet.

The person who came to install my dishwasher was on time, but didn’t work well. He left the pipe under the sink open, and the dishwasher with not 2 screws on the front. I don’t recommend this person!

I ordered new dishwasher . Installed with broken rails that too after 2-3 weeks. . Bad experience

Delivery Crew damaged dishwasher and lied about it. Left it installed with huge dent in it and claimed they did not notice it until AFTER installation. Had to request new dishwasher. Very UNHAPPY!

Installed a new dishwasher thst has never worked. Now I have to wsit til June 3023 for a second new one.

The installation process is good, but our tenant noticed that the dishwasher was dented from the side. So, double check in a detailed manner to avoid surprises.

It was absolutely horrible them back they mounted was never mounted the dishwasher was missing a piece they never told me and customer service has not responded

Dishwasher is not installed correctly. All the seals are sticking out and it’s not flush with cabinetry.
