I had Best Buy arrange my new dishwasher install and what a blessing. Their crew came in and removed old dishwasher and installed new one in an hour. Very professional!

We purchased this dishwasher a month or so ago and couldn't be happier. Everything comes out sparkling clean and is amazingly quiet. A beautiful piece of appliance.

These tools were necessary so purchased for the installation of my newly purchased dishwasher. The dishwasher is installed and operating properly.

The first time they came out was not good. They failed to remove the old dishwasher and told me I needed to contact a floor expert. I called a local handyman and he had it out in 5 minutes. The second time they sent a very good tech and he had the new one installed in no time! He was a great guy and very professional!

I used the Geek Squad for installation; doing it myself is not in my wheelhouse. They were fast, neat and polite.

THESE FOLKS DID A GOOD JOB. THEY HAD THE OLD DISHWASHER OUT AND THE NEW ONE INSTALLED IN ABOUT ONE HOUR. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. BOTH WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Two knowledgeable men brought the dishwasher, installed it and removed the old appliance.

My installer went out of his way to fit the dishwasher in a very tight space. He was going to make sure I had a working dishwasher mounted in the space I had. Excellent Service!!!

The Samsung Dishwasher is very quiet and does a wonderful job on removing all types of grease and grime on dishes and pots and pans. Even plays a little song when it is done.

The installers did a great job. They were able to arrive before our delivery window and let us know the updated delivery time.

Geek Squad is great not only for computer service but for appliance install Polite and careful in your home to take the old appliance and install the new. Good instructions on the product.

The installers were okay. They got my dishwasher in and hooked it up but then left it to where the return line was spewing out water. I called them back and they still didn’t fix it. After some research, while waiting for them to come back I found what the issue was and ended up taking out my spray hose for my sink and popped the return through that hole the next day. I told them that if they needed to take the hose out when they came back they could. They just told me that I’d need to drill another hole in my countertop/sink for it and left.

What can I say basic connection for my appliance and worked well.

Tech installed my dishwasher after 7 pm, so very dark out and street is dark, but he took in the new one and removed the old one. He was friendly, fast and excellent worker, honest, explained everything. He just did not return the new hose hook up that he opened the bag, but did not use it due to needing a longer tubing. I got charged around $40, any chance of a refund?

The installers were sent to our old address and drove the extra 30 minutes to our new address to complete the install. They were professional and completed the install quickly.
