The Geek Squad staff contacted me about the installation and actually moved up the time, which was great. He walked me through the process, and showed me the two options for installations as it pertained to our setup - very thorough. Also, he did the staging outside to minimize indoor interaction, which I really appreciated given that it was a summer day in Los Angeles. He had his mask on throughout the service to ensure safety. Professional through and through - this was a great installation experience!

The men were very friendly. They did the install very professionally and there were no issues.

Instalation went well. Had to pay an additional $100 on site for them to change my water line supply valve under my sink.

The removal and installation of the dishwasher was very professional. Installer was very knowledgeable, insured there were no leaks, and cleaned up everything before leaving.

The installation went smoothly. After the installers left (theY were very professional). We realized that the wrong dishwasher was delivered. When we called Best Buy, they accepted complete responsibility for the problem and scheduled another time for the new one to be delivered and installed. Life during COVID-19 can be complicated

I ordered for a panel ready dishwasher. The squad came and installed not only the dishwasher but also attached my panel to the machine and adjust the level. Great job.

Nacho went above and BEYOND for us. We had a slight issue with our countertop where the dishwasher was supposed to go - any other installer would of told us SOL and left. Not this guy, nacho is truly one of the kindest people we've ever worked it. 10/10 recommend- give this guy a raise!!!!

This is the quad wash dishwasher. It is soooooo quiet we don't even know that it is running. Our dishes come out sparkling clean. We also love the LED lights inside.

Guys were nice and knowledgeable but unfortunately they admittedly cut the water line and we had to go to Lowes and buy another water line before they could finish the installation. We felt that was not our responsibility but wanted to get the install finished.

Installer called when he was supposed to, arrived when he was supposed to, and was very efficient and friendly. I would definitely use best buy appliances again.

Life changing product for me! Slight issue with delicery/install, though. I didn’t get contacted at all to confirm the schedule I set online and when I called them, I was told that it had to be the-scheduled to a later date because the dishwasher was discovered to be defective or damaged.

XPO actually did their job and installed the dishwasher. The installers weren't the greatest and it took them awhile to install. Not sure why Best Buy doesn't have their own reps do it and relies on such a mediocre company such as XPO. Dishwasher is extremely nice though and is the only positive aspect of the entire install

The installation took longer than I assumed, but I hadn't thought about what goes into installation. They did a fantastic job and everything looks perfect.

First installer wouldn't do the job because he thought refrigerator needed to be moved and he wouldn't take possilbe damage responsibility. Second installers that came 1 week later, were smarter and had 2 men. They just lifted dishwasher up toward ceiling to get it between refrigerator and counter. They made it easy.
