Good delivery team who did a great job of installing dishwasher. I really appreciated the telephone call letting me know roughly when they were most likely delivering the item. Rate cutesy from any delivery team. That alone makes me happy despite actual time of delivery. Hint, hint, to Best Buy

Very knowledgeable and pleasant but after they left i had a chip in my new kitchen refacing and a deep scratch on wood trim on other side that happened during the install. Installers need to take their time and not damage cabinetry during an appliance install - I have other appliance needs but damage to my new kitchen is making me hesitate. I now have to repair the damage :-( not pleased :-(

Very good job, except they left the box and packing materials in my dining room, even though I paid for removal. Friendly, but not thorough. Also, didn't remove the plastic on the sides before installing it, so I couldn't get it all off because it is inside the wall space now.

These guys are terrific! They were on time, kept me informed as to arrival time. Had the correct product and accessories. They also had the correct tools and other accessories needed to complete the install. Very professional!

The installers did a great job. They arrived on time, we’re neat and efficient.

The guys installed the dishwasher perfectly. It was installed so much better than any of our prior dishwashers. Very straight and securely attached into the space.

The first team had to return since the pipes didn't match. Wish the installation team could have a way to check ahead the pipes (we can take a picture and send these days), or provide an option for me to get the pipes from them directly. I went out to HomeDepot, bought the pipes and fixed the plumbing myself, and then came the second team. Much more quick and professional service.

The initial installation couldn't be done so had to wait and follow up again with Best Buy to schedule the follow up appointment. They did the best they could with our situation under the sink but couldn't 100% complete the installation (needed to have a plumber come in to do some work before they could finish).

The installers were very courteous, accommodating, organized, efficient and knowledgeable. And the dishwasher works Great, without leaking!

very rushed, dishwasher not centered properly. I did not notice it initially, but there is a gap between dishwasher and the cabinet, which pushes it toward the stove. As a result the stove is not centered properly either....

The guys did a great job on the installation. They were careful to keep water where it belonged and to make sure they did not damage anything during the process.

So quiet! We love the customizable top rack and the hidden top buttons. The dryer option is really effective.

We purchased a dishwasher and had Best Buy arrange for the delivery and installation. It was, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences we've had. Scheduling by Best Buy was well explained. The installer was excellent. We have wood floors in our kitchen. I was concerned about them being damaged during removal of our old unit and installation of the new one. The installer took great care and made sure there any damage. A great experience from beginning to end.
