Great product was supposed to get black stainless steel but somehow got plain black instead it’s ok Though not picky just wish we got the color we really wanted Other than that it’s a great machine Love the 3rd rack and how it can lower or raise

We’ve now had several really great experiences with Best Buy installation for appliances (at multiple properties). Each time the installers were on time, courteous, and provided excellent service. What I liked the most was that we were provided with a more narrow window of time the day before and were even to get it more specific to accommodate our needs. We’ve now had 7 appliance installations with Best Buy in the last couple of years and all have gone off without a single issue.

Very good job, except they left the box and packing materials in my dining room, even though I paid for removal. Friendly, but not thorough. Also, didn't remove the plastic on the sides before installing it, so I couldn't get it all off because it is inside the wall space now.

The two men that installed my dishwasher were awesome! They removed the old one and installed the new one in less than a half hour. It was the best service I ever had.

We love the extra rack at the top for silverware and it's very quiet compared to our previous dishwasher. Service install went perfectly although it did have to get rescheduled.

Hard time with aecond shelf not user friendy not enough space for coffee cups and formalize glasses not at all. Not good for retired people who do not fill it everyday

Bosh is a great dishwasher.. when I start it I am never sure its actually running because its so quiet, which is what I wanted in a dishwasher.. Also, it cleans the dishes really well.

Bosch dishwasher runs very quietly and has done a good job in cleaning the dishes when we use "auto" and "sanitize" commands. The racks could be improved. Overall we like it very much.
