Delivery people were anxious to leave and didn’t offer much in way of operating instructions. That said the new machine runs very well so installation was right on. Except the front door is damaged and needs remedy

The install of my new dishwasher was great. They explained things and ran a check to make sure everything was working properly.

The installation of this dishwasher went quickly and smoothly once the old ASKO unit was extracted. A new floor had been installed without regard for the length of the rear legs on the old dishwasher..It took more than an hour, moving the refrigerator and cutting off the offending leg before the old unit was finally removed. Bill Delmar the installer did a yeoman's job and the new unit went in with out a hitch.

My wife and I were impressed with the skill and performance of our installer he did a great job and took time to explain things when he had finished A number 1 job

The first crew came out. We needed a plumbing connection repaired and one of the young men offered his brother's service at a very high price. I hired a Licensed Handyman for much less. The second crew that came back to install from the same company, just fine.

The installation went smoothly. After the installers left (theY were very professional). We realized that the wrong dishwasher was delivered. When we called Best Buy, they accepted complete responsibility for the problem and scheduled another time for the new one to be delivered and installed. Life during COVID-19 can be complicated

Installation crew arrived on time as scheduled. Installation was quick and efficient including overcoming the challenge of a buried shut off valve to the main water supply line.

My old dishwasher died but prior to its demise was not cleaning well. So getting the new one, and one that works well, has lots of additional features and is quiet, to boot?! Awesome!

Installer worked hard to get it just right and had to saw the old dishwasher in half to get it out from under the granite counter. So glad it was them and they did a fantastic job.

The install was scheduled and the third party crew came out and installed it. It didn't take very long and they were nice. The only problem was they didn't use long enough screws and the dishwasher started tipping out of the hole if the door was open and the bottom rack was pulled out with dishes in it. They had to come back and put a longer screw in to anchor the unit better. It has been fine since.

These installation guys were on time, gave me enough notice and did a great job. There kept the job clean and removed anything that they brought with them.
