Showed up on time, got the dishwasher installed in about 20 minutes, went over the operation instructions and answered all our questions. Left no mess, excellent job.

Silence is truly golden, my family is loving these dishwasher, now my teenager actually volunteers to wash the dishes.

He called ahead of time to tell us when he was arriving. As he was installing it, he explained the differences between the European dishwashers and the American ones. He was efficient and did an excellent job of installing the dishwasher. After having had bad experiences with installation of appliances bought at other stores, we were very pleased with the Best Buy installer. In my mind, selling the appliance is only half of the transaction. Getting it delivered in a timely fashion and installed completes the sale. In the future if Best Buy has the appliance we want, we will definitely buy it from them.

Great install. Only reason not 5 stars is that delivery and install don't happen on same day.

Had a complete kitchen remodel done with all appliances delivered and installed by Geek Squad. They were on time, quick on install, and left no mess. Highly recommend.

Driver of the delivery Company Meganice Trucking said I needed a new overflow valve for an additional $120. Then I needed a new valve under the sink for another additional $120. I paid him $240. As I really didn't have much of a choice since they were already installing. This was in ADDITION to the installation charges. Driver could not give me a receipt. He said he would e mail one on Monday. Never did. Contacted my salesperson. Later that day I received a call from Best Buy. Nothing ever came from that conversation. Feel I was totally ripped off by installation. Two little additional parts and five minutes and was charged $240. Extra.

They hired a plumber who did a great job with the install. My only complaint was waiting a week for the appointment to install the dishwasher. However, dishwasher still works great.

Guy was sent from local installer with the machine shipped down from the Atlanta store. He did a super job, very quick and clean. I appreciated his manner and expertise.

I purchased a Maytag dishwasher from Best Buy. We had recently had a custom island built, which would also accommodate a dishwasher. Store personnel, had a bit of a challenge installing the dishwasher, but, were successful…! The cabinet shop had build the cabinet without any discretionary space to fit the dishwasher. It had a happy ending. The installation team was patient, courteous, and professional.

I usually install all appliances myself. But this time, the install was free due to Total Tech, so I thought I would give them a shot. The installers took their time and did an excellent job. I couldn't have done it better myself, and I am a perfectionist. I didn't have to redo anything;)

The installation took longer than I assumed, but I hadn't thought about what goes into installation. They did a fantastic job and everything looks perfect.

The guys had to come out twice because it wasn’t quite ready to be installed the first time. Came back and leveled everything.
