Very knowledgeable and pleasant but after they left i had a chip in my new kitchen refacing and a deep scratch on wood trim on other side that happened during the install. Installers need to take their time and not damage cabinetry during an appliance install - I have other appliance needs but damage to my new kitchen is making me hesitate. I now have to repair the damage :-( not pleased :-(

Very professional installers. The installer actually helped me fix what the issue was with my old dishwasher. I had hired a plumbing company who provided me with an estimate of $950 to fix my dishwasher and why I ordered a new one. I explained the issue to the installer and he was able to fix my issue in under five minutes at no cost. However, I had him install the new dishwasher since it was there and paid for. I know who to call the next time I have an issue :)

The install crew did a great job. Personable and efficient.

Team had issues with installation. They said the opening was not wide enough. They were newly installed cabinets. They said they wanted to push it back further. Anyway they hooked up the hoses and started a test run. Note the door could not open down all the way without pinching. Cabinet guy said that it was impossible. He noted that it was pushed in too far and that the plate at the bottom was upside down and the mounting brackets were supposed to be installed incorrectly. All works well now. Very quiet machine.

The guys installed the dishwasher perfectly. It was installed so much better than any of our prior dishwashers. Very straight and securely attached into the space.

Perfect installation, done very professionally, arrived on time. No complaints at all.

The first team had to return since the pipes didn't match. Wish the installation team could have a way to check ahead the pipes (we can take a picture and send these days), or provide an option for me to get the pipes from them directly. I went out to HomeDepot, bought the pipes and fixed the plumbing myself, and then came the second team. Much more quick and professional service.

Purchased this unit at Best Buy and took advantage of their sale and using the Best Buy card. Unit was delivered and installed on-time and works great.

The installers were great! They were nice, they were professional and they were on time and respectful of my home.

Not sure what happened but hoses leaked in the evening when I ran dishwasher for first time. Through no fault of installers we needed to pay additional for electrical work. Best Buy should advise that direct electrical connections are needed for all new appliances. What’s upsetting is that we stressed that we had not purchased a new dishwasher in 22 years. Original GE Profile was an excellent product.
