Jose did an outstanding job installing our new dishwasher. Everything was done very professionally, he was courteous, and the dishwasher works great.

Crew was prompt and friendly. Installation went smoothly. The one problem I had was with the discharge hose that came with the required kit. After a few days the hose at the disposer end folded over. This prevented the dishwasher from operating. Had to reinforce the hose to maintain its shape. SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED A BETTER HOSE FOR THE PRICE OF THIS DISHWASHER.

installation went OK installers are busy so arriving later in evening than desired but hey we have a new dishwasher all installed and cleaning the dishes nicely had to change the power cords around after the installers left because the new dishwasher had a right angle plug it would not fit in the correct outlet so they just pugged it into the garbage disposal outlet that only was active if switch was in the on position why the disposal didn't just run and run I still can't figure out

We have an older home and are due for a kitchen remodel in the near future. Our dishwasher didn't hold out so we purchased a new one. When it arrived the installer indicated he wasn't able to remove the old one as the floor and countertop were added after the DW was put in place. He packed up and indicted he would reschedule. Thankfully a contractor we know was able to come by That same day and cut a section of the floor out in order to remove the old DW. The Geek Squad was able to come back that same afternoon and install the DW! They were efficient, clean and accomodating.

They did a good job. My only complaint is that they didn’t check the height and rubbing when closing. So when you close the dishwasher door it hit the screws in the counter top used to secure it and it scratched the finish off the top of the door when it was shut.

Eric did a really careful job getting my old one out and so far a perfect install. Was a great experience, he really knew his stuff.

ThozGuys were extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. During the installation it was discovered that dishwasher that arrived was not the same as what we saw in the store. They knew who to call and what to do. We had it for a little over a week and decided to return it. The same two individuals came to uninstall it and were equally good once again.

Dishwasher instillation went as planned and have no issues at this time. Installers were in time and friendly.

the technician was very good ,he checked the machine. will be the first time to use the dishwasher,working no noise ,i hope the dishes will come dry

Great installation team, quick and professional. Dishwasher a little out of level top to bottom. Most would never notice. Dishwasher functions perfectly.
