The dishwasher works fantastic. Just what I was hoping. Previous dishwasher was a Samsung, and the dog definitely did a better job of cleaning. Takes some time to get used to the layout and cycles but very much like the function and its very quiet. The guys did a great job with the install, however getting the scheduling system thru the 3rd party to work properly was a nightmare. I received no less than 15 emails/texts/voicemails cancelling, rescheduling, cancelling, rescheduling. Very frustrating especially after going to the local store in person to figure out what was happening. They were less than helpful just gave me the number I already had. It did eventually end up being installed on the original date scheduled so that was helpful, but would have appreciated not having to make the calls and unnecessary texts and emails if the Store manager had stepped up to help at the time.

Justin was absolutely wonderful with our reinstallation. When our brand new GE dishwasher was initially installed, it was done poorly and incorrectly by the third party sent by Best Buy in September (according to two different appliance professionals). Thankfully, Justin was able to remove the dishwasher, rectify the multiple issues, and get our 10 month old dishwasher working for us again. He was kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me that was wrong, then showed me how it had been fixed. I am so thankful for his excellent service! I am a Total Tech member and have been for years because of what are usually excellent benefits. However, unfortunately, I was charged a full installation fee for Justin to come out and correct the mistakes made by the individual who initially poorly installed my dishwasher. I’m not thrilled about that - especially since I had no say in the decision to send that first contractor out, nor could I control WHEN the dishwasher would malfunction due to the subpar work. I have spoken with Best Buy customer service multiple times on this, and have been unhappy with the outcome as I was told my only options were to 1-pay the $180 fee for Justin to come fix it, 2-wait until the manufacturer warranty expired so the Total Tech could kick in (meaning an additional three months without a dishwasher and ignoring the fact that Total Tech is supposed to run parallel to manufacturer warranties), or 3-do nothing. None of these were very appealing options, but ultimately we chose to have to pay to have someone sent out quickly because of the massive inconvenience of having a brand new dishwasher that did not work. I ended up driving to my local store to try and talk to someone there. They tried their best to help, but the 1-800 customer service line gave them the same runaround they gave me. I am thankful for the Shreveport Best Buy customer service and managers who tried to help, even though they were ultimately met with the same obstacles I listed above. We all fail to see how mistakes made by a third party installer become my financial responsibility when I pay handsomely for protection on my appliances and service/maintenance rendered. It is my understanding that Best Buy no longer contracts with the person who VERY incorrectly installed our dishwasher. While I hope no one else has the issues we’ve had over the last 10 months, I also hope Justin is the one they send to fix any problems that arise. To be clear, I am thrilled with the installation service that Justin provided to me on Thursday, July 10, 2025, and I love the dishwasher itself. That’s about all.

Instillation was quick and efficient, disposal previous dishwasher efficient, cleanliness and care of our home was good. However instillation under counter was just slightly out of line right slightly lower than left.

The dishwasher installation was completed very well, and we are happy with the final result. However, the process could have been smoother. The first installer did not have the necessary tools to assist with the wiring, which my husband ended up handling. We also had to wait more than a week for a second installer, who mentioned that he could have completed the wiring himself. Despite the delay, the second installer did an excellent job, and we appreciate the quality of the final installation.

Overall the installation itself went smoothly and the tech seemed very knowledgeable. One thing that was weird was that it was just a guy in his personal vehicle that showed up with our item in the back of his SUV, so it didn’t seem legit. Other than that my only complaint was the tech took a couple of personal calls during the j stall on speaker that were somewhat inappropriate in nature. But the tech was very kind and did a great job installing our appliance.

Mondo and chad deserve a twelve out of ten. They were polite professional and competent. They protected our space cleaned up thoroughly and went above and beyond to show us how to use all four of the appliances we purchased. If I own the business I would hire them! They demonstrated an outstanding work ethic as well.As exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge.

I received an e-mail to review an installation...the first install was to be on a Monday and I received a voice mail on Sunday saying they changed it to Tuesday, Feb. 1st (strike one - since they did not check if that time worked for me. Strike 2 - Tuesday is Jan. 31 and Feb. 1 is Wednesday in 2017). Had to call to get new date - got a Friday. Asked for an AM slot. Was told that would be ok. Thursday (day before) got a call that the time gap was between 12-4 (won't call that Strike 3, but it's close. So, Ball 1). They got here at 3:50. Was hoping sooner but it was within the window quoted (Ball 2). They were professional and clearly knew how to install (but by now this same company asked me three times if the unit to install was on site. Yes, yes and yes. Ball 3). It's a dishwasher so I certainly want to ensure nothing leaks. Used it twice, so far so good. The fee was $139 and that was within any going rate for where I live. Hopefully no leaks (as a result of an install) and what would have taken me hours and much profanity took them 45 minutes. Overall, the process getting TO the install was less than perfect, but once here the installers clearly knew their job well and did a nice job installing.

Love this Whirlpool dishwasher!! It is so quiet. Barely hear it running when in the same room. It cleans wonderfully. Holds more dishes as the layout is designed better. It holds platters! The only problem is remembering to empty the third top shelf. Installation tech was very polite and professional.

The installation of my new dishwasher was terrific! The installers were polite and professional! They had the installation done in no time and cleaned up any mess that was made!

The installer gave me recommendations for a new garbage disposal as our current one is older and needs to be replaced. He did a great job maiming sure the new dishwasher was level and installed properly. He tested it before leaving to make sure there were no leaks. Very professional and got it done quickly.

Mr. Kim was exceptional. I would recommend him to anyone I knew! He was in and out with our dishwasher install and removal in under an hour!

This LG dishwasher is EXTREMELY quiet. We purchase the Black Stainless Steel and love the look. As for operating features, there are too many to list. We do like the fact that there are 3 trays. The installers told us that there isn't a heating coil to dry the dishes which is an energy saving feature and we don't have the annoying steam vent. It utilizes the contained heat built inside the unit to dry the dishes. Pretty cool concept.

The Bosch dishwasher works amazing! We love it, I really love how quiet it is and I love the third rack and how spacious the machine is. The installation went well. The installation team even put in a huge effort to come back to my house many times to fix one small thing, I really appreciated their diligence and service.

The crew sent to our home for the dishwasher install were well experienced and thought ahead before beginning the installation. They also communicated well, to let me know about why they were enlarging a hole toward the back of the cabinet to install the junction box and have additional room for the power line. Removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one in under an hour with no damage, no problems, and it all works well.

The delivery was right on time. They removed our old unit & took it away as planned. The new installation was beautifully done. They worked efficiently, not rushed but wasted no time. They answered my questions while they worked. They cleaned up as they worked. They gave a brief description of the controls which were different from our old unit. Made sure it was working properly. And this new Bosch 800 was so quiet that I didn’t think it was running. Love our new dishwasher and the insulation and the installers were awesome!

I love my Bosch 19 inch dishwasher and when it broke down in September I was disappointed. Geek Squad tried to repair 3 times with no luck so they said I could have a new one.It had to be ordered it took,1 month of time.What started in September was now into Novemberr. Install was scheduled and some how they lost the washer. When the second install was scheduled for delivery, removal and install we got not only 1 but 2 dishwashers and installers to arrive a half an hour apart. I can only laugh. I have spoken to almost all the great representatives from the Geek Squad over this journey. But I did get it in before Thanksgiving. I'm thankful for my Geek Squad coverage or I would not have been laughing! Love the dishwasher though. It is a small unit in my small kitchen but does a great job.

My husband was there for the install and said everything went great, they were friendly and did their job efficiently. They called when they were on their way.. My range and dishwasher were installed on the same day...
