Wonderful people that put it in professionally and well worth the wait

The installation was done relatively quickly, and the two installers were very nice. I was a little put off by the fact that when they were "finished" they tried to get me to sign stuff even though they had done zero testing to ensure the installation was successful. They did test once asked, but I shouldn't have needed to ask.

2 guys came and installed my dishwasher. They were excellent in doing their job. However I needed to have a lower hole between the cabinets to connect the plumbing output. So he drilled it, but left the sawdust for me to clean up. Other than that, the job was done excellently. And the KitchenAid dishwasher was not only better than the whirlpool that it replaced, it really was in a different league.

Crew showed up on time, were very courteous and provided advice and solution to the prior install issues.

installation went OK installers are busy so arriving later in evening than desired but hey we have a new dishwasher all installed and cleaning the dishes nicely had to change the power cords around after the installers left because the new dishwasher had a right angle plug it would not fit in the correct outlet so they just pugged it into the garbage disposal outlet that only was active if switch was in the on position why the disposal didn't just run and run I still can't figure out

Best Buy installed the first one I bought and it was noisy so without any problems they came back out with another one and it was fine. Very professional

The install team did a great job in removing the old dishwasher and installing the new. In practically no time, the team uninstalled a 20 year old dishwasher, replaced the fittings and hoses, installed and tested the new dishwasher, and remove the empty boxes and bindings. They were great.

I've never replaced a dishwasher so I opted to have it installed. The service contractor delivered the unit, removed the old one, and reconnected all of the hoses to the disposal and the waterlines. If you're handy around the house, you can definitely do it on your own. However, the service man knows exactly what needs to be done without hesitation so he's able to do it inside 45 minutes,

This kit is required for Best Buy installation. Works like it should work.
