Very happy with the installation. Quick and on time. Both gentleman wore their masks while in the house.

Installers were late but they did call. When they came in the house they asked if I had the dishwasher. They went back to the truck and found it. The install went ok. The first time I tried to use it I had no water going to the dishwasher. After 2 phone calls, it turned out the installers did not turn the water back on under the sink. Once it got going, it works great.

The men who delivered and installed my new dishwasher were very courteous and efficient. After the installation was completed, one of the men took the time to demonstrate how it worked and go over some of the most typical questions and concerns that customers run into. We have had the dishwasher about a week now and love it. it actually dries the dishes which was the big problem the the previous unit which was in the house when we moved into it.

My dishwasher had to be hard wired and the installer did not seem to be bothered by this. He did a great job and did it in a short amount of time.

Turned out my countertop wasn’t 100% level or that the hole thru the interior sidewalk to the drain under my sink wasn’t large enough to fish thru this models discharge hose — so I can totally say pro installation was very helpful sure a real do-it-yourself could get it done but these guys handled it beautifully & quickly so I was happy to have it professionally done & they cleaned up after themselves so no wood shavings all over my kitchen after they had to cut out inside that cabinet to expand the hole for dish charge hose.
