Overall the installation itself went smoothly and the tech seemed very knowledgeable. One thing that was weird was that it was just a guy in his personal vehicle that showed up with our item in the back of his SUV, so it didn’t seem legit. Other than that my only complaint was the tech took a couple of personal calls during the j stall on speaker that were somewhat inappropriate in nature. But the tech was very kind and did a great job installing our appliance.

The dishwasher installation was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. The technicians arrived on time, was professional, and handled every step with care. The setup was quick, clean, and done correctly the first time. They tested everything before leaving and made sure the dishwasher was perfectly leveled and running smoothly. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the clear explanations. Outstanding service -- highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and efficient dishwasher install!

This LG dishwasher is EXTREMELY quiet. We purchase the Black Stainless Steel and love the look. As for operating features, there are too many to list. We do like the fact that there are 3 trays. The installers told us that there isn't a heating coil to dry the dishes which is an energy saving feature and we don't have the annoying steam vent. It utilizes the contained heat built inside the unit to dry the dishes. Pretty cool concept.

Love this Whirlpool dishwasher!! It is so quiet. Barely hear it running when in the same room. It cleans wonderfully. Holds more dishes as the layout is designed better. It holds platters! The only problem is remembering to empty the third top shelf. Installation tech was very polite and professional.

I love my Bosch 19 inch dishwasher and when it broke down in September I was disappointed. Geek Squad tried to repair 3 times with no luck so they said I could have a new one.It had to be ordered it took,1 month of time.What started in September was now into Novemberr. Install was scheduled and some how they lost the washer. When the second install was scheduled for delivery, removal and install we got not only 1 but 2 dishwashers and installers to arrive a half an hour apart. I can only laugh. I have spoken to almost all the great representatives from the Geek Squad over this journey. But I did get it in before Thanksgiving. I'm thankful for my Geek Squad coverage or I would not have been laughing! Love the dishwasher though. It is a small unit in my small kitchen but does a great job.

Installers came at the early part of the time range arranged and completed the removal of our old dishwasher and installation of the new one very quickly. More importantly it was a good installation with the new dishwasher flush with countertop. We live in an area with very high water pressure and are happy that there have not been any leak problems.

The installers were very friendly and professional. They took time to ensure the product was levelled and fit the area. They checked to see that it worked and explained how it worked. What more could you want?

Took us two times . The first one we bought would not fit under counter. It was too tall. So we went back to get a different one that we really like. We got a black Whirlpool with a silver handle. Very quiet and looks and runs well. Has a third shelf also. Very happy.

The delivery was right on time. They removed our old unit & took it away as planned. The new installation was beautifully done. They worked efficiently, not rushed but wasted no time. They answered my questions while they worked. They cleaned up as they worked. They gave a brief description of the controls which were different from our old unit. Made sure it was working properly. And this new Bosch 800 was so quiet that I didn’t think it was running. Love our new dishwasher and the insulation and the installers were awesome!

Quiet machine that cleans the dishes very well. Great design and the racks allow for very flexible loading. Our previous Bosch was not as flexible in this area. Installation was very fast and professional.

The technician that delivered and installed my dishwasher called ahead of time, & scheduled the installation for earlier than I expected which worked out great for me so that I didn't have to wait at home in the middle of the day for the 12-4 slot. He arrived when he said he would, carried it in to the house by himself (through my obstacle course), removed the old dishwasher, installed the new, reviewed the features with me, cleaned up and hauled away the old one. A 2nd tech arrived on the scene to "help" just as my technician had finished loading the old dishwasher up to haul away. Dishwasher works great, at this point I have not noticed any leaks. I did notice a tiny tiny little dent in the door near the Kitchenaid logo when I was cleaning the dishwasher, but since I didn't get on my hands and knees and inspect it before he left I can not say definitively that he did it, or that it happened after he left...although I was only cleaning it less than two hours after he left and noone else had been to my house. My bad for not looking closer! It is in the range that one would expect if something was dropped off the counter (like a tool) in front of the dishwasher and it bounced back and hit it.

I love my new KitchenAid dishwasher. I barely hear a whisper when I turn it on, everything is clean and dry when it's finished, the third rack turns out to be helpful, and it looks pretty nice in my kitchen. I cannot think of anything else I would want from a dishwasher.

Great product, has so many features 3 tiers for all your dishes and silverware. Good noise proof .And it is very good looking.

The good: The technician installed this product while I was at work, so I am relaying what I was told by those who were here to let him in. They know a thing or two about home upgrades, but are just getting too old to do that stuff anymore. They said he did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the product. He also pointed out that my old plastic shutoff valve was a potential problem, being installed at the wrong angle 25 years ago, and plastic valves aren't known for their longevity. He sold us a good quality ball valve to replace that with, for a decent price, while he was in there. I'm glad we did that. The bad: Scheduling issues. I purchased this online, and set up my installation appointment online as well, through their contractor whom I am leaving this review for. Originally, my installation was scheduled for a Monday. On the day before my installation, I got a robo call that someone will be arriving between the hours of a 4 hour window and will call me when 1/2 hour away, something like that. On the day of my install, I got an email telling me my installation is scheduled for the FOLLOWING Monday! After an hour and a half of playing phone tag with the number provided, speaking with some lady from presumably India that is I believe involved with Home Depot scheduling of contractors, she didn't have an answer and finally put me through to the scheduling person for the contracting company. Once she finally found out what happened, she apologized and didn't know why I didn't get a phone call about being rescheduled. Apparently some jobs ran longer than intended, hence the reschedule. I'm a blue collar working man, and understand these things happen, so that's not a problem. What was a problem was the lack of proper notification of the rescheduling. The email I got was just another "your installation is scheduled." Therefore, once the lady figured out that's not going to work for me, and I don't want to wait what would be almost 2 weeks (I'd have done it myself if I knew that), we got rescheduled for 2 days later. I got my day-before robo call, and the tech called me when 30 minutes away. All that, and the installation, went great! It was the rescheduling and 90 minutes of phone tag playing detective that had me frustrated. Therefore: I'd give 5/5 for installation and removal of old product, and more like 3/5 for scheduling issues.

Mondo and chad deserve a twelve out of ten. They were polite professional and competent. They protected our space cleaned up thoroughly and went above and beyond to show us how to use all four of the appliances we purchased. If I own the business I would hire them! They demonstrated an outstanding work ethic as well.As exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge.

The Bosch dishwasher works amazing! We love it, I really love how quiet it is and I love the third rack and how spacious the machine is. The installation went well. The installation team even put in a huge effort to come back to my house many times to fix one small thing, I really appreciated their diligence and service.

The installation of my new dishwasher was terrific! The installers were polite and professional! They had the installation done in no time and cleaned up any mess that was made!

My local Best Buy (Kennesaw/Marietta, Ga) doesn't use Geek Squad for DW installations. They have a dedicated contractor they use for this service. It was all done at a very reasonable cost (far less than you'd pay a plumber). The young man's name that did the installation was Marcus and he did a great job, when finished he insured all was working properly, checked for leaks, etc. ....near the beginning of the installation he showed me a hook-up glitch under my sink and advised he'd have to send his helper (who turned out to be his Dad) to Home Depot for a fitting and noted that would be a $25 charge...I said OK and left him to his work. When he was finished, I asked him if I was to pay him or Best Buy the extra $25 and he replied there would be no extra charge because he didn't buy the fitting...His Dad did indeed drive the truck up to the local Home Depot but they didn't have the fitting either. But Marcus used some materials he had on his truck and did a neat work-around that is entirely satisfactory. Besides doing a real good job, they were just plain nice folks. I was very happy with the installation.

My new dishwasher is very quiet, which I love. It is attractive and cleans the dishes well. The very top rack for small items is a welcome addition to my new purchase. I was so happy to have Patrick LaSourd install it as he had installed my old dishwasher years ago. He is the best professional plumber ever. Very experienced, good communicator, cleans up. Best Buy should pay this man a lot as a stress-free installation process for the purchaser is so important; and it makes one return to Best Buy for other purchases.

The dishwasher we had before kept giving us problems and the warranty company didn't want to replace just kept charging us for a temporary fix. The best buy agents came and installed the dishwasher and told us that the other dishwasher was installed improperly. They were quick and professional.
