Happy that the two-person team was very experienced with this one discreet task. Knew exactly what needed to be done to replace an almost 40 year old dishwasher with a new one. They were also friendly & explained how to operate the new machine. I would've given them 5 stars, but they were a couple hours late for their appointment.

I purchased a Bosch 300 Series Dishwasher that came with an incentive for professional installation service. Two people came to deliver the equipment, proceeded with the installation and took my old dishwasher away. They provided me with explanations on what they were doing. They gave me their recommendation, but gave me the opportunity to decide on how I wanted the installation to be performed. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They then made sure that they carted away any debris and cleaned up before they left. I am very satisfied with the work,

Our new dishwasher arrived on time, and the installation was carried out by 3 polite and very professional men. They explained the installation process and then covered our wood floors to make sure that they remained scratch-free, and rapidly installed our machine. After installation was completed they tested the machine to make sure it worked properly and was leak free. They then explained all the new features and answered all my questions. To me, this was the ideal service, and certainly exceeded my expectations.

Dishwasher is fine. Works good. It's quiet. The 3rd party installers that Best Buy uses for their dishwasher installation, don't know how to do the job correctly. They didn't put the loop in the hose that's needed, even after I asked them if they should put it in because the old dishwasher had the loop. They also didn't get it put far enough back under the counter. 10 minutes after they left the dishwasher was beeping at me and giving me codes about the drainage. Unfortunately, they sent the same guys back out the next day to fix the things they didn't do right on the first day. They fixed the loop that was needed for drainage. They ignored me again when i suggested that they take the dishwasher back out to see why it wouldn't go all of the way back under the counter. Had to call and complain again. The 3rd time the Geek Squad came out and addressed the issue of why the dishwasher wouldn't go further back under the counter. They knew what they were doing and talking about. Try and get the Geek Squad to install your dishwasher and not the 3rd party installers they use, if you want it done correctly.

Very professional and fast. Removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one in 45 minutes.

Installers did great! Clean, used a padded drop mat. Wore a mask. They were quick and efficient. No leaks.

Was charged $73 for permit from St Louis Park; however, permit document indicates the price for permit was $66. I feel I was overcharged $7 for the permit. In addition to what I paid Best Buy (approximately $300 for Tech warranty, etc.) for installation, I was charged an additional $200 by the plumber for a required upgrade needed for the plumbing — a double valve was required. I don’t know if I was overcharged for this upgrade or if I paid for something unnecessary for this installation. And, the St Louis Park inspector indicated that it was not installed correctly. He was here over a week ago and I am surprised that I have not yet heard from Best Buy or MN Plumbing about this by now. It was an advantage to arrange delivery AND installation of dishwasher with ONE PLACE: Best Buy.

We were supposed to have our dishwasher installed between 8am and 12pm on the Friday before Christmas. At 1pm, my wife called to find out where the installer was. We were told he had gotten behind because of the holiday rush. He finally arrived at 4:30pm! But once he got there, the removal of our old dishwasher and installation of the new one was quick and painless.
