The technicians were great. They came right in and installed the dishwasher without issue. The only snag was that I only got an email with a 5 hour window to tell me when they might arrive. I called the 1-800 number but they couldn't give me a better time - I had to wait until the store opened at 10am. Well the guys showed up at 9:00am. LOL

Installer was fast and very neat is his work. No problems after installation.

The men who delivered and installed my new dishwasher were very courteous and efficient. After the installation was completed, one of the men took the time to demonstrate how it worked and go over some of the most typical questions and concerns that customers run into. We have had the dishwasher about a week now and love it. it actually dries the dishes which was the big problem the the previous unit which was in the house when we moved into it.

Our install went great. The installers showed up on time and had the product installed in no time. Also very clearly explained how to use the dishwasher.

Excellent job They came in, remove the old washer and hold it away and install the new dishwasher. Everything was excellent.

Not only does it wash very good, but it’s so quiet that I can’t tell that it’s running. The only way I can tell is by the light. Well worth it

The installation people were not able to install the dishwasher. They found that the water supply valve was stuck and they couldn't close it. Later on I shut down the main water supply, dismantled the dishwasher supply valve, lubricated the seals and freed the stem up. I reassembled the valve, closed it and went on to install the dishwasher. The location where the dishwasher at is a second home so I have not run a cycle on it yet. The installers were very friendly and polite. They said that they were not allowed to do anything with the valve or anything copper. I don't know how many stars to leave because all that was done by them was to deliver the dishwasher and put it in the garage.

The service technician was outstanding. Qualified and very nice too!!! Everything is working as it should.

We upgraded this Kitchen Aid form an older one we purchased from Best Buy. Same size and one of the benefits we were interested in was a quieter dishwasher only to find that the padding used to accommodate the noise reduction impedes the installation and it doesn't fit. There is a wood floor there however it fit before and now it's installed with the face leaning out at the top. Very disappointed. If this review is even read I look forward to response.

Installers had good communication, were neat and efficient. I had two defective washers in a row, so I had plenty of time to assess skills. They were terrific.

The best buy employees were great. They installed everything within 10-15 minutes while removing my previous dish washer without any issues. They showed each portion of the dish washer and best parts. They were polite and courteous.

Jermaine did a great job, perfectionist and made sure dishwasher was installed right.

Finally got our dishwasher July 26, 2024 after purchasing it June 5. It was actually a comedy of errors. So happy to have it now. Thanks to all who helped us along the way.
