Was supposed to be a free installation but some how they found a way to charge me $150. My spot was somewhat difficult but shouldn't have cost that. Then they couldn't get it to fit space. Scuffed my floor. But Installs Inc was good in reimbursing that. Anyway, couldn't really get it to fit. Was slanted and jutting out. Second guy came out to attempt it and made it worse. Finally bought new smaller Bosch to return the kitchen aid. When they came to replace the guy was like, I can fix the kitchenaid. Just gotta raise the wheels. His name was Tony. He made it work! So I guess it depends on who you get. Ended up returning the Bosch and keeping the kitchen aid. I would recommend still. Best Buy was willing to do a free exchange with free installation again. I am not sure if that would have happened if I used my own third party.

The two installers were prompt, polite and fast. They had the dishwasher installed and running in about a half hour. Then they went over the operation with us a couple of times to be sure we understood all the processes. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I couldn't be more impressed.

Very professional and fast. Removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one in 45 minutes.

Armonti was our installer and he was wonderful, he let us know that we could also add a garbage disposal, we had previously been told that was not possible. We ordered the disposal within minutes of his departure. He is polite, friendly and very knowledgeable, it was a pleasure to deal with him.
