A great dishwasher. Love the knife and large utensil tray at the top! Very quiet too.

We had a dishwasher installed, and the experience with the service was great! The two men were courteous and respectful, and did a great job. Plus, it was free!

Installers did an excellent job. They were a bit later than expected however.

These teams are proof Best Buy only hires the best of the best. They made my family feel like their family. You can't ask for anything better. Good to know that in the future we won't have to worry about installation from Best Buy. 5 STARS!

Everything went well with the installation and it seems to work fine.

installation went very easy. Guys showed up when they said, even alittle early. They were neat and quick. Love the product. It is exactly as described. Love it.

Installers did great! Clean, used a padded drop mat. Wore a mask. They were quick and efficient. No leaks.

I don't remember the installers name he did a very good job with the installation of the dish washer. He made it look easy.

Was charged $73 for permit from St Louis Park; however, permit document indicates the price for permit was $66. I feel I was overcharged $7 for the permit. In addition to what I paid Best Buy (approximately $300 for Tech warranty, etc.) for installation, I was charged an additional $200 by the plumber for a required upgrade needed for the plumbing — a double valve was required. I don’t know if I was overcharged for this upgrade or if I paid for something unnecessary for this installation. And, the St Louis Park inspector indicated that it was not installed correctly. He was here over a week ago and I am surprised that I have not yet heard from Best Buy or MN Plumbing about this by now. It was an advantage to arrange delivery AND installation of dishwasher with ONE PLACE: Best Buy.

After waiting for install then was delayed again. Brought it and didn’t have tools to do install so came back next week to install. Cost $200 more to the installer as it was 1/8” bigger than the opening from old Kitchenaid was. So then had a leak from under kitchen sink next day. So called installer and said would try to work us in next day. Finally came and said it was from old plumbing but never had a drop of water leak until he installed the new one! Fixed it finally and works great..

We ordered a dishwasher and one of the perks was a free installation. The gentleman that came out was professional and did an amazing job!!!

Hard to schedule. I need to be able to coose morning time at time i schedule install & not be told sometime between 7va and 7 p. Installers very efficient and helpful once they got here

The installers from XPO did a nice job installing the dishwasher. There are no mess. They were courteous and efficient.

Turned out my countertop wasn’t 100% level or that the hole thru the interior sidewalk to the drain under my sink wasn’t large enough to fish thru this models discharge hose — so I can totally say pro installation was very helpful sure a real do-it-yourself could get it done but these guys handled it beautifully & quickly so I was happy to have it professionally done & they cleaned up after themselves so no wood shavings all over my kitchen after they had to cut out inside that cabinet to expand the hole for dish charge hose.

Installer was prompt and did his job quickly and neatly.

The gentlemen who installed the dishwasher were very helpful and took great care removing the old one and installing the new one. Very professional as well.
