Installers were friendly and efficient. Took out the old dishwasher installed the new. Picked up all the trash and took great care in not causing any dings or scratches on the floor (wood floor).

Brought it and didn’t have tools to do install so came back next week to install. Cost $200 more to the installer as it was 1/8” bigger than the opening from old Kitchenaid was. So then had a leak from under kitchen sink next day. So called installer and said would try to work us in next day. Finally came and said it was from old plumbing but never had a drop of water leak until he installed the new one! Fixed it finally and works great..

Only complaint was I did not answer their first contact call on the first ring because I did not recognize the phone number. After answering there was a significant delay, I assumed it was a spam call and hung up. As a result, they did not arrive until after 5PM even though we were available at noon when the first call came. Had it not been the day before Thanksgiving it would have probably been less stressful on all involved.
