Bought a new dishwasher to replace an older Kenmore dishwasher. BestBuys installation was perfect and they also hauled away my old dishwasher.

The installers Came today 7/28 and we couldn’t be happier. They installed the replacement dishwasher and they also fixed the new stove that came a few weeks ago. It appears at the original install the pilot light was not set up correctly. Very grateful they took the time to help.

Happy that the two-person team was very experienced with this one discreet task. Knew exactly what needed to be done to replace an almost 40 year old dishwasher with a new one. They were also friendly & explained how to operate the new machine. I would've given them 5 stars, but they were a couple hours late for their appointment.

The delivery team was extremely fast and efficient, hooked our dishwasher up properly, and left things clean. Probably only 20 minutes from start to finish.

Our installer was professional, courteous and skilled. One of the best experiences we have ever had with the installation of home appliances over the last 35 years. Purchased the dishwasher in store on a Monday afternoon and it was delivered, installed and in use by Wednesday evening. No other local retailer even had comparable products in stock let alone have been able to have delivered and installed it within 72 hours. Bravo!

The installers were polite and did a nice job installing the dishwasher.

They knew what they were doing. Had it installed in about 45 minutes. It would have taken me another hour or so to do it myself. Well worth the cost.

The plumbers arrived exactly on time. They were fast and installed the water hook up to our new refrigerator with no problems. Very courteous professionals.

Our new dishwasher arrived on time, and the installation was carried out by 3 polite and very professional men. They explained the installation process and then covered our wood floors to make sure that they remained scratch-free, and rapidly installed our machine. After installation was completed they tested the machine to make sure it worked properly and was leak free. They then explained all the new features and answered all my questions. To me, this was the ideal service, and certainly exceeded my expectations.

Overall, I was pleased with the install. They took their time to ensure that the dishwasher was set up level and flush to our countertop, which wasn't easy to do. My main gripe was that when removing the old dishwasher, they didn't cover the tubing, so it dripped across our wood floors. The installers didn't seem to care (or notice), so I ended up wiping up the drips.

This team called the day before and set up a time called the day of the delivery and showed up on time. Very professional and cleaned up after the installation. I would give them 10 out of 10 with 10 being the best.
