The good: The technician installed this product while I was at work, so I am relaying what I was told by those who were here to let him in. They know a thing or two about home upgrades, but are just getting too old to do that stuff anymore. They said he did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the product. He also pointed out that my old plastic shutoff valve was a potential problem, being installed at the wrong angle 25 years ago, and plastic valves aren't known for their longevity. He sold us a good quality ball valve to replace that with, for a decent price, while he was in there. I'm glad we did that. The bad: Scheduling issues. I purchased this online, and set up my installation appointment online as well, through their contractor whom I am leaving this review for. Originally, my installation was scheduled for a Monday. On the day before my installation, I got a robo call that someone will be arriving between the hours of a 4 hour window and will call me when 1/2 hour away, something like that. On the day of my install, I got an email telling me my installation is scheduled for the FOLLOWING Monday! After an hour and a half of playing phone tag with the number provided, speaking with some lady from presumably India that is I believe involved with Home Depot scheduling of contractors, she didn't have an answer and finally put me through to the scheduling person for the contracting company. Once she finally found out what happened, she apologized and didn't know why I didn't get a phone call about being rescheduled. Apparently some jobs ran longer than intended, hence the reschedule. I'm a blue collar working man, and understand these things happen, so that's not a problem. What was a problem was the lack of proper notification of the rescheduling. The email I got was just another "your installation is scheduled." Therefore, once the lady figured out that's not going to work for me, and I don't want to wait what would be almost 2 weeks (I'd have done it myself if I knew that), we got rescheduled for 2 days later. I got my day-before robo call, and the tech called me when 30 minutes away. All that, and the installation, went great! It was the rescheduling and 90 minutes of phone tag playing detective that had me frustrated. Therefore: I'd give 5/5 for installation and removal of old product, and more like 3/5 for scheduling issues.

Mr. Kim was exceptional. I would recommend him to anyone I knew! He was in and out with our dishwasher install and removal in under an hour!

My new dishwasher is very quiet, which I love. It is attractive and cleans the dishes well. The very top rack for small items is a welcome addition to my new purchase. I was so happy to have Patrick LaSourd install it as he had installed my old dishwasher years ago. He is the best professional plumber ever. Very experienced, good communicator, cleans up. Best Buy should pay this man a lot as a stress-free installation process for the purchaser is so important; and it makes one return to Best Buy for other purchases.

Installation was challenging due to a tight fit in an older home but the techs did a terrific job. We’ve been using the appliance for weeks now with no issues at all. The insulation installed makes it as quiet as a whisper. Great job!

My husband was there for the install and said everything went great, they were friendly and did their job efficiently. They called when they were on their way.. My range and dishwasher were installed on the same day...

The crew sent to our home for the dishwasher install were well experienced and thought ahead before beginning the installation. They also communicated well, to let me know about why they were enlarging a hole toward the back of the cabinet to install the junction box and have additional room for the power line. Removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one in under an hour with no damage, no problems, and it all works well.

Love our new dishwasher! Best Buy delivery and installation was awesome! They came when scheduled and provided a specific time that morning.

My local Best Buy (Kennesaw/Marietta, Ga) doesn't use Geek Squad for DW installations. They have a dedicated contractor they use for this service. It was all done at a very reasonable cost (far less than you'd pay a plumber). The young man's name that did the installation was Marcus and he did a great job, when finished he insured all was working properly, checked for leaks, etc. ....near the beginning of the installation he showed me a hook-up glitch under my sink and advised he'd have to send his helper (who turned out to be his Dad) to Home Depot for a fitting and noted that would be a $25 charge...I said OK and left him to his work. When he was finished, I asked him if I was to pay him or Best Buy the extra $25 and he replied there would be no extra charge because he didn't buy the fitting...His Dad did indeed drive the truck up to the local Home Depot but they didn't have the fitting either. But Marcus used some materials he had on his truck and did a neat work-around that is entirely satisfactory. Besides doing a real good job, they were just plain nice folks. I was very happy with the installation.

We had a slight issue fitting it that may have caused an issue with the drain line (not his fault), but he took the time to find a solution and make sure it worked before leaving.

The installation process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The installers arrived on time, were polite, and worked efficiently. They handled everything with care and made sure the dishwasher was installed correctly and functioning before they left. They also took the time to walk me through the basics and answered all my questions. Everything was cleaned up afterward, and they made the whole process stress-free. Great experience overall!

We were looking for a quiet dishwasher, and this one turned out to be even quieter than expected. It cleans effectively everywhere in the machine, so we're not having to obsess over loading methods. It has both simple front controls, so it isn't necessary to use the app, but the app offers additional control if you want it, and also gives a estimated time of completion that so far has been spot on.

Judah, our installer did a great job. He was very friendly and careful taking the old dishwasher out and putting the new one in over our laminate floor and attaching it under the granite counter top. Even though the new unit had the same dimensions as the old one Judah worked hard to get it in carefully and made all the necessary connections. He demonstrated it and answered all our questions without hesitating. We've only had it a week, but it seems to be very quiet and working correctly.

Our installer showed great care in bringing in and then installing our new dishwasher. Checked to make sure there was no leaks, it functioned properly, was very personable, and I would recommend him.

I’m very happy with my new LG dishwasher. Plenty of room in it and all the features work great and it’s so quiet. No spots or finger marks show up on the outside and did I say how quiet it is. Very pleased.

The team that installed my new Bosch dishwasher did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were extremely careful not to damage my floors or surrounding cabinetry. They removed the old dishwasher, completed the installation neatly, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. They also took the time to walk me through the features and operation of the new appliance. Their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Installers arrived a bit earlier than promised, also phoned ahead. At first he said the Bosch dishwasher was too high to fit under our counter, but we verified actual height together, and he agreed it would go. Removal and installation went smoothly after that. Head installer knew his stuff, and leveling and connections went very well. He carefully checked for leaks, and operated a partial cycle to be sure all worked as advertised. Excellent job, and well worth the reasonable cost. We had a dryer installed by Best Buy some months ago, and were very satisfied. Based on that experience we opted to have them also install the dishwasher.
