I was kinda skeptical about having Best Buy install the dishwasher for us. When we go into the store and ask questions most of the employees don't really have any knowledge to help. This was definitely not the case with the gentleman that installed. He was awesome! Came on time, installed, and even educated us on how to work it plus tips on how to maintenance the machine. Our dog even liked him, which is crazy cause she barks at everyone. I'd definitely go through best buy again if this is the kind of service they offer!

The Geek Squad installer was professional and informative.

Our installer was qualified, friendly, and quick to finish the job. My one criticism is that we had to buy a full installation kit even though we had brand new parts at our house. When they finished they didn't leave any of our spare parts.

Wasn't told ahead of time that dishwasher was equipped with a plug, not hard-wired. Installer had to first install an outlet box which was an added expense not planned for. Should have been notified of this in advance of delivery and installation. Otherwise installation went well.

Installation made the process a breeze. Installer showed up, removed existing dishwasher and j stalled new dishwasher while explaining how it worked.

The men that installed the dishwasher were super nice, and did an excellent job.

I’ve gotten nearly every appliance in my house installed by Geek Squad and couldn’t be happier. While I could have done the install myself, they saved me a boatload of time and frustration! Plus, they can do it in half the time I could.

The delivery guys were on time, and very courteous. They were done with the installation in a very short amount of time. Couldn't be happier.

They did a great job getting it installed. They were also courteous by giving me a call when they were leaving the previous job and headed to my job.

A lot of the time when you see negative reviews on appliances it has to do with the delivery or installation of the appliance. I haven't had the new dishwasher long enough to review it. I can say that the two gentlemen who delivered and installed it were super. They arrived on time, were polite and very efficient. They removed the old unit, installed, tested the new unit and hauled away the old unit in about 45 minutes. No mess, no drama.

Our original dishwasher had been installed over 20 years ago before we moved into the house. The installers found that the plumbing and wiring were not up to code and made the appropriate changes to make sure that everything was brought up to code so it was safe to operate. This cost extra, but also bought peace of mind that we'd have less trouble in the future.

Installation was fast & professional and crew was neat & clean.
